Lucid dream 12 is a simple G-spot vibrator that will work well for those who don't need greater than average power and aren't looking for a variety of vibration patterns. This waterproof toy could make a good addition to a bath.

When I first removed this from its package, it had a scent that reminded me of nail polish. After washing it, the scent was reduced. Now that its aired out for a few days, it has hardly any scent at all.

There is no texture to this toy. Its moderately firm with a level of softness that is typical of TPR products. This toy attracts lint.

Lucid Dream 12 is a simple version of a rabbit vibrator with a modestly sized G-spot arm and a small but chubby clitoral nub. The insertable portion is 3 1/2 inches long, although the part that will be in contact with your G-spot is slightly less than 3 inches from the start of the G-spot arm. The clitoral nub is 1 1/2 inches long. The insertable portion is 4 1/2 inches in circumference and the clitoral nub, 3 5/8 inches.

The clitoral nub easily bends out from the shaft. The clitoral arm can be bent so it is 180 degrees from the G-spot arm without any difficulty. Users who want to insert it all the way without undue pressure on their clitoris or who want to thrust with it will have not trouble doing so.

This toy takes three AAA batteries which are held in place in a removable plastic compartment. Its a nice touch that they are stored this way. It makes it easy to pop the batteries out when its not in use to preserve battery life. It makes re-insertion of the batteries a snap too.

The Lucid Dream 12 is controlled with a single button at the base of the cap. Press once to start it at its lowest vibration strength. Press again for stronger vibrations and again to reach its third and highest level of vibration. Pressing a fourth time turns it off. Simple. Its very easy to control this toy.

Both the clitoral and G-spot arms have the same short, chubby bullet inside. Both vibrate simultaneously at each vibration setting. The motor in the G-spot arm doesn't tip so its end is near the part that curves toward your G-spot. I assumed that this would make the vibrations at the tip a bit weaker, but actually the vibrations feel just as strong to fingers on the tip as they do when your fingers are on the underside where the bullet is.

Lucid Dream 12 is completely waterproof. I've tested this by letting it run under water for a few minutes. No water seeped into the battery compartment. A rubber gasket ensures this.

The Lucid Dream 12 is an easy care product. Simply wash it with soap and water then towel dry afterward. Store it inside a plastic bag to keep link away from it. Remove the batteries when not in use to extend battery life. Any lube is safe to use with this toy. It cannot be sterilized however so this is not a good choice for a toy to be shared with multiple partners.

It comes in a clear plastic package with a clear plastic insert inside to hold it in place. There is basic product information on the outside as well as advertisement-like claims - "the feeling is surreal." The package claims that it is virtually silent, which is not true.

There is no symbol to indicate what material was used to make the package, so unfortunately you will not be able to recycle it.

I found Lucid Dream 12's vibrations to be of reasonable strength, but buzzy. For many women this is more than adequate but I need strong deep vibrations to be successful, although I have had a few successes with this toy.

It makes an average level of noise during use.

The first several times I tried Lucid Dream 12 I was unsuccessful with it. It feels remarkably similar to Ina, a vibrator that many love, but that didn't bring me satisfying results despite repeated and prolonged attempts. It has the same buzzy vibrations and a similar strength. Even though in use it reminds me so much of Ina, I have had a few wonderful successes with Lucid Dream 12, so it actually is better than Ina as far as I'm concerned.
