The look of the Vitality Plus may have some people a bit confused, but it's designed to be used just like a rabbit style toy. It's a rather versatile toy as well.

You can insert the larger bulb and have the smaller one lie against your clitoris. This will give some stimulation to both the G-spot and a bit of stimulation to the lower vaginal wall (and possibly anal stimulation through the vaginal wall). This is quite different and admittedly enjoyable.

If you prefer, you can insert the smaller bulb vaginally and have the larger one rest on your clit. There are also no rules saying you can't flip the toy upside down and have it inserted vaginally while having the other bulb rest against your perineum. This toy could also be inserted anally if you wanted.

The Vitality Plus can also be used for direct clitoral stimulation as well. You can press either tip of the toy against your clit for pinpoint stimulation (if you aren't inserting it at the same time).

As an extra for men, you could place the penis between the two bulbs and run it up and down the shaft for some stimulation if you wanted.

Each bulb has a separately controlled motor as well, so you can choose the speed/setting for each. Maybe you like a lot of vibration on your clit but only a low vibe in your vagina? No problem!

Oh, and did I mention it's completely and entirely waterproof (can be submerged), as well as being rechargeable? It is also the QUIETEST toy I have ever heard! Um, can we say WIN?

The Vitality Plus is made entirely of silicone. This means that this toy will not harbor bacteria. It's also "virtually" seamless with a small seam running along the toy, but it's hardly noticeable even with your finger. You definitely won't feel it during use.

The toy is incredibly smooth and silky to the touch. Being made entirely of silicone, it's very flexible. This is both a pro and a con. It means that no matter what shape you are, this toy will definitely reach your clit. However, if you need a lot of pressure, this may not be the toy for you.

Also, being silicone, it is a bit of a dust/lint collector.

This toy is relatively small and size queens may be disappointed with it. However, I have heard that if you wanted to, you could insert both bulbs for a more filling feeling. (In this case, the toy would open up inside you, filling you just the right amount).

The design is very clever and leads to a wide variety of uses. I'm sure you can find a way to enjoy this little baby.

I'd also like to point out that the design is very beautiful. I actually prefer the green color of the original line, as it looks like a cute little plant. But, the second generation of the series is also very cute (the Plus series includes more powerful motors and different functions). It's a beautiful purple color and it's not phallic at all. If someone did happen to see it by mistake, they probably wouldn't realize what it is.

This toy is simple to use and works just as you would hope.

There are two buttons on the bulbous bottom of the toy. These buttons are also very easy to reach and press while using the toy, which is a huge plus. I often hear people complaining that with other toys they have to make their selections before beginning to use it because changing settings during use is a pain. So it's nice that this toy has made it so easy!

The top button controls the larger bulb, while the bottom controls the smaller bulb.

The cycle is as follows:
1 press - Low, steady vibrations
2 presses - Medium, steady vibrations
3 presses - High, steady vibrations
4 presses - Wave vibrations
5 presses - Pulsation
6 presses - turns off that motor

The only downside is that you cannot get more or less intense wave or pulsation vibrations. They have one setting and either you like it or you don't. I feel the pause at the end of the wave vibration is a bit too long for me personally, but I still enjoy it at times.

If you press and hold either button, it will automatically turn the motor off. Also, if you turn the toy off this way, then it will remember the last setting it was on and will return to that one the next time you turn it on.

Pressing and holding both buttons for about 5 seconds will lock the toy, which is handy for travel. Press and hold them again to release the lock. (Locking the toy will reset it's memory, so it will no longer return back to the last setting you used).

This toy is rechargeable!! According to the manual, about 2 hours of charging will give 4 hours of play. Mine actually charged in much less time than that. I haven't paid attention to how long it has lasted though. I just tend to charge it after a few sessions so it won't die on me in the middle of a session at some point.

As for the sound, this baby is as quiet as it probably gets! Seriously. My boyfriend was playing with the toy pretty much right next to me (just checking it out) and I couldn't hear it at all. Even on the loudest setting, it's pretty darn quiet! On the lowest setting, you could most definitely get away with using it under the covers in a shared room. No one would be the wiser. Even on the highest setting, I would dare to say you could still do it.

As this toy is silicone, you cannot use any silicone based lubes. Stick to water-based!

Leaf recommends that you use a toy cleaner to clean it, however, soap and water will do just fine. A word of caution however - if you do choose to use a toy cleaner, make sure there is no alcohol in it as the manual states not to use anything with alcohol in it.

After use, I just bring it to the sink and wash it up with some antibacterial soap, rinse it off and dry it. Super easy! And because the toy is waterproof, you don't have to be careful while doing this at all.

As for storage, the toy comes with its own little pouch. It's quite cute and works well to store the toy.

The packaging for this toy is absolutely gorgeous. It comes in a very nicely designed box that had a "green" feel to it, as it is made from recycled cardboard.

The box is closed by a magnet and can be opened and closed very easily. You could use the box itself as storage if you wanted to (and, in fact, I do!). There is a nice little manual that is Velcroed shut. Underneath that was the toy and charger (sealed in small plastic baggies), as well as the cute storage pouch.

On the box are stickers telling you about the awards it had won, such as "Best Environmental Concept".

The packaging is definitely a nice touch and probably the best I've ever seen on a sex toy that I have personally purchased. I really like it.

While this toy is extremely versatile and easy to love, I'd have to say that I personally wish I had gotten the Fresh Plus instead of the Vitality Plus. I need very intense, direct, pinpoint clitoral stimulation and it's just impossible for me to get that from this toy while also inserting it. Because of that, I cannot use it to orgasm from insertion, so I end up just using it externally, paired with a dildo.

For me, the Fresh Plus would have made more sense as it is intended for pinpoint clitoral stimulation, unlike this one. While you can use it for this purpose (if used only externally) it's not as powerful as other bullets I've used and so it does take a bit longer to get me worked up while using it. But I appreciate its extremely quiet motor.

Although this toy isn't a perfect fit for me, I definitely think that many others will be able to get a lot of use out of it! Despite the issues I have with it, I still love using it (especially since it's rechargeable) and I will continue to use it frequently.

And as an aside, I bought this while it was on sale for $98. $140 is a bit overpriced, as the SRP is $125. So I would hold out for a sale, or purchase it elsewhere if you're looking to buy it.
