Put a Vibrating Tongue Ring on it.
Great for the novelty value but not made with long-lasting quality in mind, the Vibrating Tongue Ring adds a little extra oomph to oral play, assuming you can keep it from vibrating its way off your tongue. It has versatility, though, and can be easily mounted on fingers, other sex toys, and possibly even used as a vibrating cock ring.

Pros
Stretchy material, phthalates free, fun novelty product, great for foreplay
Cons
Bullet takes watch batteries/is single use, doesn't stay on tongue very well, lint magnet
This is a fun yet simple sex toy. It's essentially a TPR sleeve that's shaped to look like a tongue with a tiny little micro bullet inside. There's a thin and stretchy strap/ring on one side along the base that's meant to hold the toy in place when worn on the user's finger(s) or tongue. The material is very soft, squishy, and stretchy, so the ring will fit around just about anything. This is great news for those who are adventurous enough to try using it on another sex toy or wearing it as a cock ring.
I didn't notice any smell or taste, which is good because if I'm putting something in my mouth I don't want to be overwhelmed by a chemical scent or flavor. When it's wet, either from water-based lube or saliva, it does feel a lot like a tongue, thanks to the shape and softness of the material. Like most TPR toys, though, this one has some skin drag and attracts dust. There's no texture; the surface is smooth and as such easy to clean by washing with soap and water or using your favorite toy cleaner.
The wee bullet is easy to operate: simply slide the switch as directed by the arrow on top to turn the motor on, and then slide it back to turn the vibe off. There's just one speed, of moderate power, and while the vibrations are kind of buzzy, the TPR sleeve does a great job of not only carrying the vibrations, but also toning down the buzziness factor.
Batteries are included and already installed in the bullet, so it's ready to go right away. I think this is really meant to be a single-use bullet, because when I pried the plastic apart to see about changing the batteries, all the components spilled out before I could see how everything was assembled. I think I may have even lost a piece, as I can't for the life of me figure out how it all goes back together. Anyway, should you decide to attempt battery replacement, this one takes two LR 41 button/watch-style batteries. Personally, I'm just going to use other bullets with it rather than spend any more time trying to reassemble it. I didn't time how long the batteries lasted, and for that I apologize, but I reckon I got at least an hour out of them.
The packaging is a clear plastic blister attached to an oval card. There aren't any instructions included, but on the back of the card there are illustrations showing some suggested uses for the Vibrating Tongue ring. According to the information printed on the front, this product claims to be waterproof, but when I took the bullet apart I noticed that some moisture had seeped inside. For this reason, I highly recommend removing the bullet before cleaning.

Experience
Overall, I had a good time playing with the Vibrating Tongue Ring. It does add an extra element of playfulness to foreplay, and it's sized right to easily slip in between partners during sex. It can be used to stimulate any part of the body, although don't insert it anally because there's no flared base, and it doesn't take much movement to make this toy slip off whatever it's on. That's really my main gripe with it: It kept falling off my tongue! Unless I hold my head tilted back the whole time I wear it, which just isn't very practical, gravity takes over and it slides right off. With the bullet turned on, it takes only a few seconds for the vibrations to shake the tongue ring loose. I had much better luck wearing it on my middle fingers, as my other fingers help keep it in place.
Follow-up commentary
7 months after original review
Fine for the novelty value, but this thing never did actually stay on my tongue, so it was pretty much a fail in that regards. When the little bullet it came with fell apart, I stated using my bigger, more powerful bullets inside, and that was an improvement, but I soon got bored with it.
