Purple Twisty Cone
The Spiral of Bliss has some unique variations of vibration and pattern but looks cheap with it's ugly seams and even uglier construction of the base. It is not waterproof or even splash proof due to a rather terrible design flaw. It is slightly intimidating but actually easy to insert. It is not 100% silicone it is actually TPR Silicone.

Pros
Body safe, easy insertion, spirals are pronounced
Cons
Quit working for me after one use, not waterproof or even splash proof, seams look cheap
This was another totally impulse buy that I found myself unexpectedly happy with, until it suddenly refused to work anymore!
I have tried changing batteries, removing the inner guts, tinkering with the screw on cap but I think I got a lemon. It's a shame because it's everything I love in a vibrator: it's girth-y at around 5 3/4 inches in diameter at it's widest point, it's got some lovely textures, it's body safe TPR Silicone, it's long enough at 7 1/2 inches in total with roughly 6 inches insertable! It also has 7 functions of vibrations and patterns, another thing I LOVED until it just died.
The swirling shaft looks visually appealing and is easily felt when inserted. I love it with a twisting type thrust, it's not quite a juicer but it's very close. I looks thick and possibly a bit intimidating but the softly rounded end and the graduated swelling of the shaft make it very easy to insert. A touch of water based lube can make things quite slippery and seems to increase the sensation as you slowly twist the toy. I had no trouble stimulating my G spot with this toy but it doesn't have an angled head which means you are going to get a bit of pressure opposite your spot. There is an unappealing seam that runs vertical on the toy which makes it look a bit cheap and can rasp against a sensitive clitoris unpleasantly. I couldn't feel the seam when the toy was inserted but your mileage may vary.
The base of the toy is just odd looking. It has a screw on cap that covers the battery housing but it has an ugly seam in the middle of it that makes it look like this was actually intended to be a dial based toy. The cap will not screw on tightly it simply pops and comes off if you try to tighten it down. It does have a silicone O ring but isn't waterproof though the manufacturer claims it is. When I was washing it prior to first use the water easily leaked into the battery compartment possibly causing the problems I had later on. The battery compartment is very well labeled and the 2 AA batteries slide in easily, that's where the ease ends, though. The cap is hard to line up on the threads and will not tighten properly.
The Spiral of Bliss has a push button feature and 7 variations. It starts at what should be a fairly vigorous low speed but the TPR sleeve is so thick and rigid that it diffuses the vibrations so much that it's hard to feel it! It has three levels of steady vibration that is diffused and buzzy. It then shifts to a fast pulse, a variation of short and fast pulses, a roller coaster variation and then a series of pulses that shift up in intensity before returning to the starting point. A final push of the button turns it off. Mine worked for only one session and I have never been able to get it to turn on again. It got me off the one time and I did enjoy the spiral texture. The vibrations were hard to feel and the patterns sounded better to me than they felt! It is a fairly quite vibrator that couldn't be heard outside my office door while in use.
This toy is very easy to clean with mild soap and warm water but is still porous as it is TPR not pure silicone. It doesn't stand up to the splash test let alone submersion so the claims that it is waterproof were soundly proved wrong. Keep in mind this might be a flaw with the toy I received but the ill-fitting cap proved to be no barrier to water.
I did notice some finish tackiness when I patch tested it for use with silicone lube so I definitely recommend water based lube only.
This isn't an anal toy, the base has nothing to prevent it from being sucked in. If you are sharing the toy or using it to stimulate the anal area a condom is a wise choice and doesn't seem to render the spiral textures useless.
The Superior Silicone Lover's Best Friend (aka Spiral of Bliss) comes packaged in a simple clamshell type plastic case. It is prominently displayed and the paper insert is very tasteful.

Experience
The Spiral of Bliss was odd when it worked. The vibrations should have been more pinpoint by the shape of the toy but I found them to be diffuse and just oddly unpleasant when inserted. As a clitoral stimulator it worked well enough but I have several better clitoral vibes. When inserted I expected to be stretched but I found the tapering to be great and it lead to an easy insertion and pleasant sensation when it was turned off. I liked twisting it and found that it stimulated all the walls of my vagina quite well.
When it quit working I toyed around with the idea of just using it as a dildo but I have found that the rigid TPR is actually not the greatest for clenching around. I actually like the Citron Florentine by Evolved Novelties better, the TPR is softer and the textures, while not as pronounced feel better.

Follow-up commentary

Having read a few more reviews of this toy I am still very disappointed with it. It has a great design and the spiral is ver nice to play with. The seams, cheap look of the toy, and the fact that it will die for no reason with just minimal use makes this one I will not be trying again any time soon.

Thank you for viewing Spiral of bliss – vibrator review page!
Is this the toy that Carrie Ann showed us in the flame test example video? The one that melted?
It looks cheap and mine died like it was cheap. There are better out there and better from WHK GmbH. Sorry guys, this one is just a dud...the second one I bought from another store did the exact same thing.
