As the name suggests, the Clitoral Pump is best suited for use on the clitoris. I found it was most useful at arousing me, and making my clitoris much more sensitive and receptive to touch. This is not a toy that can bring me to orgasm, the vibrations aren't strong enough, and the suction alone doesn't get me off. However, after using the pump for a while, my clitoris becomes very hard, and very sensitive, making subsequent orgasms a little stronger.

The body of the pump is made of a hard, glittery plastic, and the sleeves that go over the head of the pump are made of TPR silicone. Neither material has a smell to it, which is something that I appreciate in a toy.
The sleeves have nubs in them that add stimulation when the toy vibrates. The nubs are soft and flexible, and add a slight tickling sensation.

The design of the toy seems to be well thought out, and works perfectly with my anatomy. The 'sucker' portion perfectly cups over my clitoris, the plastic body of the toy isn't too clunky or cumbersome, and the hose is just long enough to where it is easily accessed, but doesn't get in the way. The bulb that you squeeze to cause suction is easy to squeeze, fits nicely in my hand, and the quick release button is in a position that I can easily maneuver my thumb to.

The main function of the pump is suction. There is a hose attached to the body of the toy, with a bulb at the other end. You squeeze the bulb, and the head of the toy suctions to wherever you put it.
There is also vibration. When a AAA battery is inserted, and the base is turned, the pump vibrates. There is only one pattern and intensity of vibration. It is extremely buzzy, and very loud, but it adds extra stimulation along with the suction.

This toy is not waterproof or splash proof, so it is best to clean it with a damp cloth. The sleeves can be washed off under running water, but should be left off of the toy to dry.
When you store the toy, try not to kink the hose, as it could cause small holes to form in it, rendering the toy useless.

While this toy does not simulate oral sex perfectly, it is a very useful tool in oral fantasies, and in playing out those fantasies over the phone/Skype with my long distance boyfriend.
