The primary use of this toy is to make the labia swell for added sensation and pleasure during solo play or intercourse. This toy does its job very well with suction and vibration. The vibrations could be stronger for my personal tastes, but someone who likes moderate vibrations would find this toy to be perfect. I would advise against using this toy in the water because of the course and remote box. Water could ruin them both. The controls are easy to use, however, I wish there was a release valve for the suction. Though, the toy can lose its suction naturally if not placed just right on the labia. It is noisier than most toys are wished to be, especially when in a co-living arrangement.

Clean this toy with warm soap and water or anti-bacterial toy cleaner. The only hang up is that the ticklers may be a little hard to get all the way clean. This toy comes in a non-discreet box, however, it would be easy to store it in this box if placing inside a toy box or other storage. It did not come with instructions of any kind.
