Powerful vibrations, but it isn't the best muscle or erotic massager.
For the price this massager isn't a bad option compared to a Magic Wand, but it also has drawbacks in comparison. My impression is that it doesn't quite know what it wants to be. It doesn't have the power or attachments to make it particularly good as a muscle massager and it doesn't make a great sexual massager for similar reasons. It is a step up from a lot of the smaller battery-powered vibrators in the power department and will definitely get the job done if it augments other sexual toys.

Pros
Good power, pleasing design, not bad for sensation play.
Cons
Power isn't directed, cord is thin and short, attachments aren't great for any particular purpose.
This is a good vibrator for people who want a little muscle stimulation or a little sensual stimulation, but not if you're looking for the extreme end of either. It will do a good job as a skin and all over massager and the tendril attachment is actually very effective as a tickler.
The box says that this is made of PP (handle) and Phthalate-Free PVC (head and attachments). Basically the handle feels like hard plastic, the head feels like soft rubber around a hard orb and the attachments feel like a more flexible plastic. The neck is wrapped in soft rubber as well, so it's pretty well protected. The attachments do have a slight chemical taste, but nothing that seems dangerous. It comes out of the box with only a slight plastic smell, but you have to have it right up to your nose to notice. It has no strange packaging treatment that needs to be washed off, so it can be used right away.
The Mini-Miracle's handle is around seven inches long and curved so it will fit most hands comfortably. The vibrator head is like a small ball and is attached via a surprisingly flexible neck. The front of the head has the nub that holds on the attachments, but the back is a large enough smooth surface that it can be used on the clit or other sensitive area that needs more direct pressure.
This comes with four attachments to fit onto the head. The one that comes already attached is just a small rounded nub about two inches long. This one is best for point stimulation. The other three are circular and a couple inches in diameter. The first one has seven shallow bumps for some deeper tissue massaging. The next one has small rubbery tendrils and works very well as a scalp massager. The last one is a bit of a mystery. It's shaped like a suction cup, but is too stiff to actually act as a suction cup. It can provide some light suction when applied to large surface areas, but beyond that it doesn't have a clear purpose.
The cord is a typical transformer AC adapter that plugs into the base of the handle. This keeps it out of the way, but it can easily be pulled loose.
This is a pretty basic two-speed vibrator, but it does pack quite a punch. The power is considerable compared to most battery powered massagers. The switch is a large sliding piece of plastic with a nub in the middle, so it can be easily found and it clicks hard into each of the settings. You won't get lost trying to find one of the speeds on this vibrator even if your fingers are wet.
The motor assembly is located at the top of the handle, right below the flexible neck. The small size and plug-in motor are very powerful, but it isn't concentrated toward the head, so the whole thing vibrates. Having only two power settings and no variable vibration options is a bit of a let down compared to some other massagers, so it can get a little numbing over time.
The attachments are pretty basic and don't seem to have a dramatic effect one way or the other. They work fairly well for sensation play, especially the tendrilly head, and with a little bit of lubricant the suction cup head can be interesting. As massagers they don't transfer the vibrations well enough to do any serious muscle work and their shape doesn't make them particularly good for clitoral massage. The vibrator head itself is much better suited for clitoral stimulation. The small nub is the only one that I would recommend for any kind of internal use, but it isn't long enough or shaped correctly to reach the g-spot or prostate.
One other small complaint I have is that the attachments are only held on by friction which means they can be pulled off fairly easily, so be careful to not lose them anywhere.
The rubber and plastic makes the vibrator wand water-resistant, but the removable power cord makes it in no way waterproof. A damp cloth is the best way to clean the wand. The attachments are PVC so you can use them with different lubricants, although over time oil based lube could break them down. They can be washed in the sink with dish detergent and even survived a run through the dish washer in the top rack with no trouble.
The power cord is pretty thin and not very long, so it can get tugged easily so be careful it doesn't break. And thanks to the large transformer it doesn't wrap around the wand easily so you have to store and wrap it separately.
All of the attachments, plus the removable cord make this a little tricky to store without using the manufacturers container, but if you don't mind things being loose, you can easily just toss everything into a ziplock. Just make sure it's all dry.
The Mini-Miracle comes in a clear plastic tray, molded to the individual parts which is wrapped in a clear-ish plastic sleeve that has the branding on it. The clear plastic makes this in no way discreet and the style of the branding definitely makes it seem more like a sex toy than a neck massager. It's convenient to keep everything in the package since it has cups for the attachments and power cord, but I don't think it will hold up for very long.
There are minimal instructions and they more concern how to attach the cord and heads. These come on a slip of paper that comes inside the box. The box itself has no instructions.
When it comes to massages, I'm much more a fan of strong, deep tissue massage, so it didn't do the trick for me in that area. I did experiment with some other people and a friend who is more of a sensation player really enjoyed the sensations she got across her bare skin. It has a pleasant feeling on a males private area, but won't lead to orgasm and I was told the lack of variable speeds and vibrations lead to a similar story on a females.
I knew when I ordered this that it wasn't specifically made for sexual play, but I did hope it would work as a decent massager with the benefit of being a good vibrator. As a muscle massager it doesn't really have the kick or dig in enough for my liking. And after trying it on someone who is used to the Magic Wand, I was worried about its performance as a vibrator. However, after trying it out on a particularly sensitive person it lead to a lot of giggling with and without the attachments. Despite its drawbacks, this will still be a good addition to my toy bag.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it4 months after original review
After a couple months, I've found this vibrator has been relegated to the back of the drawer for only occasional use. It is still working just fine, and I haven't had any problems with the materials, electronics, or clean-up. Since it isn't as powerful as other plug-in vibrators and not as simple to use as a small battery powered model, it doesn't come out as an impulse item. I actually did use it for a neck kink, and I was definitely glad to have it. I'll stand by my initial thoughts that it isn't great as an intimate vibrator or a personal massager, but it will still get the job done. The packaging has even held up.
