Dear Lord does this thing pack a punch. It is great during masturbation and great to have the boy use on me, the vibrations even turned him on a little. However, he did comment about how it made his hand numb from being so strong. The noise can be a little obnoxious, I had a flat mate hear the vibrations from out in the hallway, so much for discreet! Overall, I enjoy this toy, I probably would not buy it again and get something quieter instead but I cannot complain about its performance, that is top notch. Make sure you have one AA battery available and a sound proof room, both of which can be crucial for this toy (the battery especially).

This product ended up being too loud and too numbing for me to use as an "everyday" toy. I didn't notice a difference between the different tops and it has just been collecting dust since.
