Petite bullet puts out petite vibrations
If you really want a micro bullet then you might want to try this one, otherwise I'd stick to the larger more powerful less buzzy bullets.

Ashton's Petite Treats comes in indiscreet plastic clam shell packaging. Inside the package is the bullet and attached remote. They are both made of see through plastic. I have the purple version. They are connected with a light purple wire which is about 22 1/2 inches long. I didn't have any issue with the length myself, but if you're really tall or have long arms it might pose an issue in some positions. It kinda looks like a little music player, especially considering the way the bullet wire connects to the remote pack.
To use this toy you open the battery compartment in the remote by sliding the back plate down. Once unlocked it flips up to expose the battery compartment. Ashton's Petite Treats takes 2 AA batteries which were not included. The battery compartment has picture indicators telling you how to insert them properly. I prefer using rechargeable batteries to avoid buying and throwing away batteries all the time. Once inserted just close the cover by flipping it back over and sliding it up until it clicks. The front of the remote has the Doc Johnson logo on it in white on the bottom. At the top it has the dial control. The dial itself has raised lines along the edge of the dial so you can grip it and turn easier with your thumb or finger. The bullet connects with a wire which plugs into the remote. The plug connector looks similar to a mini headphone jack. It's easy to plug in and remove but at the same time I don't foresee it coming out during play. The remote without the bullet connected measures about 3 1/2 inches and is about 1 inch thick.
The bullet itself is extremely tiny at just 1 inch length and about 1/8 inch wide. Petite Treats is see through plastic and you can see the little motor moving when it's on. There is a seam all the way around the bullet. Because the toy is plastic, cleaning is a snap with just warm water and soap or toy wipes. Also any lubricant can be used but I recommend water based because it's compatible with most toys. If you want to share then be sure to use a toy cover for safety.
The vibrations are very light and tingly. I would give it about 2 vrooms on high. The vibrations also tend to buzz on high. It also rattles a little bit if you put any kind of pressure on it. The rattling sound is quite loud and annoying hence the 4 bees. It can be heard through the covers and a closed door. I did not experience any real hand or finger numbing when using this product. I think the vibrations are just too buzzy for that to happen. I also didn't experience any heat issues with the Petite Treats.

Experience
I thought I might enjoy the size of this toy and it was rated 4 vrooms. I wanted to use its size to my advantage to easily nestle it between my vaginal lips and squeeze a little with my legs. Unfortunately, it did not work like this at all. The petite treat only provides very petite tingly and buzzy vibrations. This toy did absolutely nothing for me other than provide a bee like sound in my bedroom. That's why I'm giving it only 2 vrooms. It might be nice for nipple play. I'll be sure to try that and report back how it goes in my follow up review.
Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
Unfortunately this little bullet might be the worst vibrator purchase I've ever made. I was clearly expecting too much from this little guy. Fortunately though it wasn't very expensive. I tried it for nipple play and also wasn't impressed. I wouldn't recommend this toy to anyone.

Fantastic review, and thank you for sharing! Purple is one of my favorite colors so it's a shape that this just doesn't produce the vibrations I need.
