The vibrations are there but it took pressing on the Panty Pal to get direct contact to achieve orgasm.

In order to REALLY make sure this toy is cleaned correctly, it has to be taken apart. The magnet sits on top of the vibrator piece, so the magnet has to be taken off to give it a proper wipe down. This toy is not waterproof, so I cleansed it with a damp cloth and let it air dry.
