Outdated Design Needs Improvment
This is one of those toys that you like as a beginner but get really bored with the longer you use it. This is as vanilla as a pocket rocket can get. There are cheaper and better pocket rockets with more features. Get those instead.

Most of you have heard of the pocket rocket, right? Doc Johnson is the most popular maker of these things, and if I remember right they also developed it. If you don't know what I'm talking about, here it is in a nut shell: essentially , it's a plastic toy run by a single battery, usually an AA, that is applied against the clit, nipples, or outer genitalia. It's handheld and tiny for a vibrator (the toy's about a half-inch longer than my middle finger), hence the name "pocket rocket."
This is purely a teasing toy, mind you- it's too small for vaginal use at 7/8" diameter. Unless you fancy going to the hospital to get things like this removed from your rectum, I wouldn't recommend it for anal use. Please, just tempt fate. Just slap on some lube and apply rocket against clit for best results.
The tip of the toy, where the vibrations are located, has three little round balls that help carry out the vibrations. There are usually attachments included with your toy to give you different sensations while using it. This particular rocket, however, only has one covered with tiny little nubs. Unlike the picture included on the sales page, my attempts at uncapping it have yet to be successful. Maybe it's welded shut or I'm just pathetically weak. I don't know. The sole attachment is fun at first but over time I craved owning other attachments. I feel this significantly lowers the enjoyment that I, a person who loves variety, could have with this toy.
The vibrations themselves are the other major downfall that ultimately impacted my current feeling about the toy. While it's quiet, the basic pocket rocket's single vibration is not strong at all. To get an idea of what it feels like, put most of your multi-speed toys on the lowest, maybe second lowest, speed and place the toy against your arm. That's what the pocket rocket's vibrations are like. Not all that stellar, isn't it? If there were more speeds I could forgive it, but even for an one speed toy this is pathetic.
The pocket rocket intends to bring you countdown t-minus twenty seconds to orgasm, but it ultimately does not work. I remember liking my pocket rocket when I first got it, but even then I got it out only when I wanted something quieter than my bullet. Over time I've begun to use it only when all my other vibrators are dead and, similar to a drug addict, I'm desperate for anything to vibrate against my clit. This is definitely one of those last resort toys for me.
The toy's main flaw, however, is that it is just too damn basic for most users to really like it. It's not horribly god awful, but it's just average. There are other pocket rockets out there with additional attachments and/or multiple speeds. They're even around the same price as this very vanilla one, anyway. Get one of those instead for the time being.

This is a very boring pocket rocket in my opinion. I have since bought another pocket rocket (from another manufacturer) which I enjoy very much.

Uh, there should be a "don't" between "just" and "tempt." That is all. LOL
