OMG, Chandra, you have intensified foreplay in such a great way!
Looking for something small and discreet? This darling finger vibrator just might be the trick. This made a fantastic addition to foreplay, adding vibrations and texture to which fingers just can't compare. The price point is reasonable for a vibe that was seven years in the making.

Cons
Finger clips may not work for all; On/off switch placement may cause issues; Single speed setting
My Chandra arrived in a small cardboard box. I am a big fan of luxury vibes so packaging is important to me, especially if I want to keep the box for storage. In this case, the box was not much of a keeper, but it wasn't exactly what I would have called cheap. There were no tawdry sex scenes or body parts printed on the box, just a nice photo of the product -- about what you would expect from a team of professional researchers, which is appropriate since this is an Emotional Bliss product (a UK company that utilizes science to aid in the development of their toys). Inside the box, I found the Chandra unit, three finger clips (S,M, and L), the charging unit (which is also compatible with other EB products), and paperwork. All of the items were wrapped in their own plastic baggies.
The Chandra is such a cute little vibrator! This little baby weighs in at 1.4 ounces and is 2.5" in length, 0.8" in width, and 1.8" tall with the medium finger clip attached. I can almost hide the Chandra in the palm of my hand by closing my fingers around it. This means that it takes up very little room in my toy drawer, but it also means that it can slip to the back of the drawer and get "lost" periodically. The housing of the Chandra is plastic, but the stimulation portion is coated with TPE. What I love about TPE is that it is super-safe. According to the instruction booklet, you can clean this material with a paper towel dampened with nothing more than water because TPE has antibacterial properties. For my own peace of mind, I use soap and water, but it's nice knowing that I don't really have to. In addition, you can safely use any type of lube with this product (yay!!).
In terms of the power, I am impressed with the vibrations that come from such a small item. The Chandra produces vibrations of 110Hz, the frequency that most women over 30 seem to prefer (according to the team of expert scientists who designed this). The ring design adds just enough texture to make things interesting. The design of the finger clips is ingenious. I was initially concerned that the clips wouldn't fit both my fingers as well as my boyfriend's, but was pleasantly surprised to see the three different sizes. The clips slide on and off easily.
The only thing I don't particularly like about this vibe is the placement of the on/off switch. It is located on the back end of the unit and is covered by the TPE. I find myself using my fingernail to hit the button and am more than a little concerned that my nail is going to end up piercing the TPE. This wouldn't destroy the unit, but it would make it more difficult to clean and that would annoy me in a big way.
I tend to gauge the effectiveness of a toy by how quickly it brings me to orgasm -- this one took just over 12 minutes. Which brings me to my favorite use of this toy: foreplay. While I love this vibrator, what I love about it isn't something like intense vibrations or shocking orgasms, I love that my boyfriend can slip it on his finger and spend some extremely intimate time with me. By the time the 8 minute mark rolls around, I am seriously ready for him. It's a win/win proposition that we both love!

Follow-up commentary

I still love Chandra for foreplay, though it really is more for warm-up use. It's a great little toy, but doesn't generally make it through an entire session for us.
