G-spot vibrator discontinued
by Odeco

O Lilith, Lilith, Lilith....and Mona 2.

Lilith is a vibe made for those who had issues with the size or shape of Lelo's Mona. Even though it is made by a different company, this one picks up the slack and improves the design for more users. I love them both, and while this is all about Lilith, I did toss in a comparison at the end....
Published:

Use

Lilith can be pretty versatile and is appropriate for beginner to advanced users. It does resemble the Mona by Lelo, but has a couple very significant differences. I will go over them in the comparison area of my review.

Suitable for female solo masturbation, couple play and sensory teasing; Lilith can also be fun for cold temperature play. I would not suggest warming this up, since heat does destroy the motor. To cool it off, place in refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes. The size and shape is very fun for clitoral, G-spot, p-spot and thrusting.

Anal usage is not recommended due to the lack of a flared base. The Plastic on the base also gets slippery if wet--so losing this inside is a high risk. It can be used for external and very shallow anal play, shaft and head stimulation and nipple teasing.

Material / Texture

Having a base and inner core of ABS Plastic, Lilith rates an 8 on the material scale. The velvety softness and erotic, light drag accentuates the stimulation. I do recommend using a dab of water based lube to reduce irritation sue to friction. Silicone is very safe and non-porous, so after a proper cleaning, this vibrator can be shared.

Lilith's material is appropriate for beginners to advanced users. The size is perfect for those who like the smaller scale of medium sized vibrators, it is not realistic and is fairly quiet. There is no scent or taste to the material.

The velvety softness and light drag, combined with the slight curve, is good for thrusting and G-spot stimulation, while the length makes it appropriate for rubbing or placing on the clitoral to external anal area. The drag is very stimulating and definitely adds to the appeal. Since this is a rigid vibrator, targeting is also easier to do while using this internally.

Design / Shape / Size

Lilith is about the size of a tube of toothpaste. Measuring 7 1/2" long, with 5 1/2" insertable, and having a diameter of 1 1/8" at the widest area of the shaft, Lilith is a great size for those who do not like the larger toys.

There is a slight curve to the shaft. This is good for those who like G-spot targeting and stimulation. The lightly bulbous area is streamlined and longer than other G-spot toys, making it easier for some people to use.

The tip is smaller and rounded for specific targeting and the rigidity allows for precision while using Lilith. There is a slight seam, but it is not noticeable during use. Lilith is definitely a vibrator and is not discreet as far as hiding the purpose. The size and shape makes this a good one for travel, as do the quiet vibrations. It is easily hidden in luggage or a larger overnight make up case.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Slide the back off, add 2 AAA batteries and replace the back access. You are now ready for action. I have to admit, I have a slight issue figuring out how to turn it on and keep it on. Push the button in for a second longer than when it starts to get it going. To turn it off, press in for a few seconds on the same middle button.

The + and - buttons are located on a circle around the middle button and are used for intensity and pattern changes. To strengthen the intensity, press and hold the + button or click it three times. After the third time, it will go to the patterns. To reduce the intensity, press the - button. This also takes you back one pattern as well. There is no memory or dedicated off switch.

There are 7 variations. These variations are:
--Low steady
--Medium steady
--High steady
--Longer pulses
--2 pulses and longer steady
--Machine gun pulsing

This is a very quiet vibrator with a medium to average buzzy but lightly penetrating vibration. I enjoy it for foreplay and G-spot targeting, can finish with it, but prefer a more penetrating vibration for a stronger orgasm.

Care and Maintenance

Wash in warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Let it air dry and then clean it with a sanitizing toy cleaner. I do not recommend boiling or other methods that are silicone appropriate due to the motor. I store this in the original packaging, but you can use a toy pouch, plastic zip lock bag or other appropriate storage for keeping it separate from other soft materials.

Silicone can have chemical reactions to other material components, so storing it alone is best for the longevity of the material. This is also true for lubes. Use only water based to keep the silicone in optimal condition. Once it deteriorates, it is no longer safe for use.

Personal comments

Mona 2 vs. Lilith:
Mona 2 is 1" longer than Lilith, has a larger, bulbous tip and a sharper curve at the end. The diameter of Mona 2 is 1 1/2" compared to the slimmed down one for Lilith.

Lilith has one button with a + and - on a circle around the button, like a bull's eye. Mona 2 has 4 separate buttons, a +, -, ^ and down button.

Lilith has a higher but quieter noise level and Mona 2 is deeper but a bit noisier. Lilith is a bit more buzzy while Mona 2's vibrations are deeper and a touch more rumbly.

Lilith's shape is very similar to the changes suggested in previous reviews of Mona and Mona 2. If one will not work for you--most likely the other one will. They are very similar, but the differences definitely make these two separate toys.

Follow-up commentary
Lilith is a great battery operated vibrator, but is lacking a bit on the power. It started out pretty good, but the more I use it, the lower the high vibrations get. I have not overheated or used it for prolonged periods of time.

Use this prior to playing with Mona 2 or other similar, more powerful vibrators. Otherwise, you will be left wondering where the vibrations are.
