My wife's opinion:

The Original Personal Pleasurizer has its pros and its cons. I for one like a firm and tight toy that you can easily control without too much flexibility. Once my husband got me this toy I knew right away that it was not for me. The Original Personal Pleasurizer provides internal and external stimulation. When inserted, it hits directly on the G-spot. The little nubs provide great clitoral stimulation. My favorite quality of this toy is the vibrations. The strong vibrations make for strong stimulation, both internally and externally. For its intended use, it worked alright, but it missed something. Since it shares a similar shape to some anal toys, I don't see why it can't be inserted anally.

This toy DOES have a smell, and it's a pretty strong rubbery smell. It's made of TPR which is porous so a condom/cover is suggested if you are going to share this toy. I found cleaning it was fairly simple and straight forward with soapy water. The insertable part is around 2.75 inches and the base part which provides clitoral stimulation is nubbed. The whole toy is about 7.5 inches long. It takes 2 triple-A (AAA) batteries that you insert by unscrewing the base. They last for a good amount of time. The toy is very flexible. You can bend the whole top part of it backwards.

There are 3 settings of vibration. On the Vroom scale, I give them a 2, 3, and 4, and the noise is not too bad. I'll give it a 3. The vibrations are located at the base, but work their way up to the top.

This toy came inside a box and was also in a little plastic bag. An instruction sheet came with it describing how to insert and remove the batteries. The box was discreet, but the packaging (like most toys) was not. This toy is kind of travel friendly, but in some sort of box/case.

This toy works best for clitoral simulation (in my opinion).
