I would say the best use for this toy, and unfortunately what I found to be the only good use, is for clitoral stimulation. It does work really well on the clit since the vibrations are pretty strong. The attachment, in my opinion, makes it feel better. It can also be inserted into the vagina. If you are more sensitive, like myself, you might want to use a condom because it starts hurting after a while. The condom can take away a little bit of that sensation. It can also be used on the nipples, for those of you who like to play with your nipples. I'm personally not that into it.

This toy is mostly for those who are not too sensitive due to the fact that it's a little rough and has strong vibrations. It is not very discreet, as it's very loud. So if you live with other people, you might want to put on some music, or tv. Unfortunately, it is not waterproof that I know of.

It has a bunch of nubs around it, and on the top, for extra stimulation. To me, they were a little painful for penetration, but worked great on the clit. This would probably work better for more advanced users who like it a little more on the rough side.

I didn't really like the vibrator because it was too loud. That was pretty much the deal breaker for me. I only turned it on for a few seconds, then turned it back off and just slipped the attachment on my old pocket rocket. Which, by the way, was about 10 dollars cheaper and still WAY more quiet. The attachment only worked good for me on my clit. I probably won't be inserting it very much, though.
