The daydream is unique in its 2 part design: a small cylindrical vibe and a silicone sleeve designed for g-spot stimulation. The vibrator alone could be used as a traditional vibe, for clitoral stimulation, or even for all over body stimulation. Its small, lightweight size would make it perfect for nipple play. Once the vibe is inserted into the sleeve, the daydream is a vibrator intended for g-spot stimulation, although it could also still be used for clitoral stimulation. It is a bit heavy and weak for all-over body vibrations.

The lack of a flared base make this unsafe for anal play. It's not discreet and is quite obviously a vibrator; coupled with its size mean that this isn't the best for a "secret" vibe. It is water-proof and is able to be fully submerged.

The purple sleeve is made of pure silicone and has the highest rating of 10 on the safety index. The back claims that it is not only hypo-allergenic and 100% phthalate free, but that it can also be washed in the top of any dishwasher. The sleeve is pointed for g-spot stimulation, but because it's made out of silicone the tip has quite a bit of give to it. It's very easy to bend, which prevents the curve from being too pointed upon insertion.

It’s important to use a water-based lubricant with this product. Using a silicone lubricant with a silicone sleeve could lead to noticeable damage to the sleeve. Silicone is a great material in that it doesn't smell at all. Upon first opening it, there was absolutely no odor whatsoever. There's really no taste to silicone either. Silicone does tend to have a slightly "sticky" feel. If you own animals, be forewarned: hair and lint LOVE to stick to silicone. It does transfer the vibrations really well.

The bullet vibe, however, is not made of silicone but seems to be made of a standard plastic and is probably around a 7 on the EF safety scale, so if you plan to use the vibrator without the sleeve you should take note of the difference in material.

The vibrator is a total 5 ¼” and about 4 ½” insertable. It has about a 2” circumference. The sleeve is 5 ¾” inches from top to end. It is 4 ½” in circumference at its widest point and 3 ½ “ at its narrowest.

The sleeve has a typical curve to allow for better g-spot stimulation. Because it is made out of the flexible silicone, it isn’t pointy or hard, and is not at all uncomfortable once inserted.

It can be a bit difficult to get the bullet out of the sleeve if the lube has dried out a bit, so it's important to take the bullet out of the sleeve immediately after use to avoid it getting stuck.

It is worth noting that if my roommate found it there would need to be quite an awkward chat. While there's nothing outright pornographic about it, it's quite easily identified as a sex toy. Its blatant vibrator look mixed with its fairly loud vibrations and large size means this isn't recommended for dorms or anybody looking to be subtle or secretive.

The bullet vibe has a single black button on the bottom. A single click will change the function. One click turns it on, another click turns it to a slightly higher speed, another to its highest speed. The 4th click will turn it off. Although the vibe does technically have 3 speeds, I didn’t find there to be much of a difference between the levels. The vibrations are relatively weak and surface, “buzzy” vibes. The only real change between the speeds is an increase in noise. I found the toy much too loud for the weak vibrations.

The silicone sleeve is amazing at transferring vibrations. There is practically no difference in vibrations between the metal vibe on its own and covered by the sleeve. Personally, the silicone sleeve is a bit girthy for my taste. It starts at a slight point and flares out to become its most bulbous before immediately narrowing. This shape of having the largest part at the top makes it somewhat awkward to insert for me. I would never use it for thrusting.

Once I got the head of the sleeve in, it was quite comfortable. The vibrations weren’t very earthshaking or concentrated. It was more general, light, vibes. This would be great as a warm-up or as an edger (a toy you use to prolong the amount of time it takes you to orgasm to increase the strength). While more experienced users might like this vibe, as more of a beginner to the g-Spot Quest, I found this toy to be much too weak to push me over the edge.

While I'm not a big fan of bathtub toy time, this toy is water-proof and able to be fully submerged. Make sure that you've lubed and inserted the bullet into the sleeve beforehand though, otherwise you may get water stuck in between the sleeve and the bullet.

As mentioned on the package, the sleeve is dishwasher safe. This would be helpful due to the awkward long hole in the middle of it. I don’t have access to a dishwasher, and making sure the hole where the vibe is inserted is completely clean and dry before I store is it a little bit of a hassle. However, I think if you did have access to a dishwasher that would greatly reduce the effort in cleaning.

The vibrator itself isn’t dishwasher safe and can easily be wiped down with some soapy water.

Because the sleeve is made of silicone, you have to find the right material to store it in. Any fabric that is fuzzy or sheds will stick to the sleeve. You also have to be sure to store it only with other silicone toys and not any other materials to avoid the possibility of disintegration.

While silicone is really safe and non-porous, I find it to be a lot more work than plastic.

This is a basic plastic packaging similar to one you find electronics often packaged in. The front of the packaging is attached to the back by a hinge at the bottom. This pop open box means that it could easily be used for storage, if space isn’t an issue. If you’re thinking about giving it as a gift there are no frills here, but there’s nothing too risque either. It has a simple silver and black front that features the sleeve and bullet. The back is black with green and white writing. It’s non-discreet and not smutty.

I've just begun my journey on the path of the g-spot. This toy might be great for some more experienced users who know exactly what they’re looking for, but if your newer to g-spot vibes like me, I’d recommend to stay away. I prefer strong vibrations and I'm also quite on the petite end and can feel overwhelmed by larger vibrators. The weak vibrations and large size make this uncomfortable to use. If you're not opposed to weaker end vibes and larger size, this might be the toy for you.

I thought that the curved sleeve would give me some sort of pinpointed g-spot stimulation, but was disappointed. Instead all this vibe provides is general shallow vibrations similar to that of a traditional vibe. While this toy isn't enormous and won't be satisfying any size queens, it is a bit on the large side for those of us girls who tend to be on the smaller side. I found that inserting the curved tip at its widest point to be uncomfortable, although I could handle the rest of the toy with ease.
