With a rabbit style and a unique look this is definitely a special vibrator. It's bulbed shaft provides extra stimulation and the large bulbed head gives your g-spot much needed attention. The clitoral piece is rough and pointed giving sharp attention to your clit. It does have a wide variety of functionality including a program feature that is very handy when you find that 'sweet' setting and don't want to keep readjusting after every use.

Beginners may not want to go for this right away since it is larger. This is probably better suited for veterans who enjoy fullness. The bulbs do make it feel a little thicker, but once past the first bulb the shaft felt a little slimmer to me.

Made of TPR silicone this vibe takes on a sheen almost like plastic. It does have a rubber-like smell, though it is not overwhelming. The smell was thick when first out of the box but after one wash/use and an after-use wash the smell has subsided greatly. The handle is smooth with a raised grip pad on the back for easy handling when in use.

The shaft feels sticky when dry and gets very slick when lube is applied. Twist has a large bulb head that's feels solid and doesn't have much give to it. The center of the shaft feels like a sleeve over the shaft rod and doesn't have much give either. With the exception of the ridges that bulbs create, the material is soft and smooth.

I was drawn to the design of Twist. I like the texture the stacked bulbs create. With a name like "Twist n' Shout" I expected it to have a wide rotation; but, in fact, it rotates in tight small circles, which didn't provide me with much stimulation. Twist is larger than it seems because of the bulges. The bulb at the top takes a bit of finesse to get it in but the shaft is a nice size and has good balance with the larger top.

I was not a fan of the clitoral stimulator. This is a drawback to the entire design in my opinion. It was very powerful as far as vibrating, but the sharp 'feather' design on the tip created painful and irritating sensations when used. The TPR is stiff and not forgiving. Add powerful vibes and you get a what I can only describe as a plastic mold gone wrong. I think if the extension was smooth and wide at the tip it would have been great. It also would have blended with the bulb design better.

The functions were great on this toy. I couldn't ask for more options and the program tool was easy to figure out. I used it quite a bit more than I expected.

There are two distinct feelings of power located in the clitoral extension and one in the top of the shaft. Both are very powerful and easily felt even on the lowest setting. I enjoy lots of power in vibrations and the Twist has no problems delivering.

Even though there are a total of nine buttons (yes, nine), they are not as difficult to operate once you know what they each do.
Button 1 - a large dedicated On/Off button that glows green when on and blue when in Program mode
Button 2 - Left button is labeled Play and is only used to 'play' the program you have set. Right button is labeled Program and is used to 'set' the current setting for use at any time without the need to cycle through multiple settings.
Button 3 - Double buttons, the left side decreases the speed of the shaft rotation. The right side increases the speed.
Button 4 - Double buttons, the left side decreases the vibrations of the shaft bullet. The right side increases the speeds and takes you through the multiple functions.
Button 5 - Double buttons, the left side decreases the vibrations of the clitoral bullet. The right side increases the speeds and takes you through the multiple functions.

To operate the Program utility you first turn the Twist On. Next you press the Program button and the On button will glow blue. Now set your preferences; for example, lets say you want the shaft to rotate at medium speed, vibrate at a fast pulse, and the clitoral stimulator to vibrate on one of the functional patterns. Once you are happy with where you are, you press the Program button and the On button will go back to a green glow. You are now set! You can turn the toy off and on infinitely and all you need to do to get back to your settings is press Play.

You can always use the toy without the program feature. It's just a matter of remembering what set of buttons operates which part of the toy. Only one program setting is available so if you want to change your program you will need to go through the process again.

In my case the program feature turned out to be a lifesaver for the Twist. Rather than becoming frustrated with it and tossing it aside I was able to find my sweet spot and now I can always go back to it. If I get bored I can fiddle with the buttons for a while and then press play to go back to my program.

Being made of TPR silicone, it is easy to care for. It is phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, and latex free making it safe for your body. To clean, use warm water and antibacterial soap or toy cleaner. It does collect a bit of dust and air debris, so I suggest a rinse before use and a good clean after. The bulbs are large enough that they are not too difficult to clean in between. It can be stored pretty much anywhere. The material is strong enough that you won't find impressions on it if it lays against something.

Only use water based lubes on the Twist. Although I am not sure just how porous it is, I would suggest using condoms if you plan on sharing, just for good sanitary practice.

The box is very cheap plastic and not discreet at all. It is mostly clear and has basic information such as material make-up and button functions. It also tells you that they are the makers of the Jumpin' Jack and the Rockin' Roller.

I would not suggest reusing the packaging since it is bulky and doesn't seem like it would hold up well over time. As is, my box arrived broken at the top so I would imagine it would break if you set anything on top of it.

It came with a few instructions on what the buttons do and how to use the Program utility.

All in all, I really liked Twist but I don't see myself using it all that much due to the clitoral piece. After playing with it a little I found that by turning the extension sideways I could move the sharper 'feather' out the way and it was pleasurable. I don't like any of my toys to be neglected, so hopefully I will get some ideas on how I can work around the clit vibe and I can share those in my follow-up review.
