Not Groove'n to this Movin
The Groovy Chick definitely has potential... IF your body is the right fit. It's not a very forgiving toy. If you happen to fit the Groovy Chick's requirements, this may be your G-spot toy. If you don't, or if you prefer more green toys, look elsewhere.

The Groovy Chick is a soft, velvety silicone G-spot stimulator. It is advertised as a dual stimulator for both the vagina and clitoris.
There are a couple of camps when it comes to the Groovy Chick, so I will break them down. You Have:
1. Women who have the anatomy the Groovy Chick was made for (Good for you!)
2. Women who have NOTHING going for them with this toy (I'm sorry)
3. Women who have one of the dual aspects of the toy working for them (torturous, isn't it?)
Rant: I am a part of the third group. For me, it was only a G-spot stimulator that worked, which made me want more. I loved how the Groovy Chick hit my G-spot, but it did absolutely nothing for my clitoris. Perhaps mine sits lower than most, but the top half of the toy only made the top of my vulva vibrate. My clitoris was sadly excluded from the vibrations. The back of the box shows a diagram of a woman sitting during use. I tried it, and it was only a bit better. Also, I'm not into sitting up during my solo time, so this was off putting. Definitely not Grooving...
It can also be difficult to stimulate the clitoris with the toy inserted if you only prefer lighter stimulation. The Groovy Chick is pretty pliable, you can bend the bottom half so you have room to stimulate the clitoris. However, if you do this, you're going to be putting more pressure on your G-spot. For some, this may be a plus. For me, it was uncomfortable. I don't like that much pressure on my G-spot. It felt uncomfortable and got me out of the mood. Also, hands or other toys can jostle the Groovy Chick out of place. You might have to sacrifice one stimulation for the other, which defeats the purpose of a dual stimulator to begin with.
Rant Over. Continuing on:
The curve of the toy is delightful. The G-spot tip is firm without being hard, and if you can hit your G-spot, you could achieve those thrills. The toy is smooth and not very large, making it suitable for a beginner and possibly boring for advanced players or texture lovers.
The push button has a simple ON/OFF set up. Maybe my button is finicky, but I feel that I have to push my button extra hard to get it to turn on and off. On a side note, the button on the pink toy is purple, which is a pleasant change form the standard black button.
Maintenance: The Groovy Chick is low maintenance. A great feature is that the bullet is removable, allowing you to use the toy or bullet independently. Toy wipes or baby wipes work well, since the toy doesn't have textures or large seams for fluids to get trapped. Then once a week, a more thorough soap and water wash will do the trick. However, being silicone, you can boil or pop it in the dishwasher. The toy is waterproof once you remove the bullet. After a thorough wash, allow the inside of the toy to dry completely before placing the bullet in. You can store the bullet and toy separately and put it together before use. Being silicone, water based lubes are best for this toy.
Maybe it's the color, but this toy doesn't seem to attract as much lint as some other silicone toys. Either way, it's always good to wipe it down before use.
Despite the anatomical issues, another qualm with the Groovy Chick is its battery usage. The Groovy chick uses an N battery, which looks like a half sized AA. The vibrations are good considering what powers it, but it isn't as green. It's harder to find a rechargeable N battery than the other standard sizes. Since this is not my "go-to" toy, I will not go out of my way to find a rechargeable battery. If you like to be green, be prepared to buy another rechargeable plug in.
Groovy Chick is discreet. You won't hear it from beyond the door. It's not a small toy, but you could easily sneak the bullet into your bag for on-the-go thrills. The packaging is not discreet, nor does it allow for continuous storage.
I really wanted to like the Groovy Chick, but maybe with all the feedback, Rocks Off will come out with a more user-friendly toy.

Follow-up commentary
1 month after original review
The Groovy Chick as great visual appeal and is well made, it just isn't for me. Like a certain cut if a dress, some will look amazing and others... not so much. I guess that's where I fall on this one.
I barely used this toy so I may give this to a friend and see if she gets any luck.

Good review, thanks for the info.

What anatomy would do it?
-
I think one's clitoris has to be a bit higher up, and have a deeper on average G-spot.
