The Ultima II Deep Desire Vibrator by Doc Johnson is a traditional vibrator. It is mainly used for vaginal penetration but can also be used for clitoral stimulation. I did not like this toy for G-spot stimulation, it was hard to get to this point as it is straight and I need a toy with a bit of a curve to it. The tip of this is hard plastic and had no give to it. This toy is not recommended for anal penetration as there is no flared base. While the size would make it hard to get lost, it is not impossible. This vibrator can be used solo or with a partner. The ease of this vibrator makes it nice for anyone to use. That being said, it has a larger than average diameter than most vibrators so you should take the size into consideration. It's larger size may make it easier for more advanced users to accommodate.

This vibrator is made of food grade, latex free plastic and rated 8 on Eden's Safety Scale. Plastic can crack easily if it rolls off the bed or dresser. Therefore, you should inspect your vibe for cracks if it hits a hard surface. The vibrator is smooth, with no added texture, I did not notice a seam anywhere on this toy. The plastic makes this vibrator very rigid, there is no give at all to it. If used for thrusting you should be careful to avoid bruising. There is no taste or noticeable smell with this toy.

This vibrator measures in at 7 1/2 inches, with 6 1/2 inches of that being insertable. The diameter is 1 1/2 inches. I found this to be a good size, even though I like my toys big in girth. As previously mentioned, if you are a beginner take note of the girth as it may seem big until you get used to it. The vibrator itself has a shiny, sliver finish to it. While this is a color not often seen on toys it was not an important selling point for me. There are no curves to the shape of this vibrator, it is a straight line vibe. Due to the noise level I would not consider this toy suitable for travel. Also it is not discreet because anyone that sees it will know what it is.

To get started with this vibe, you will need to unscrew the black cap on the bottom and insert 2 C size batteries, this vibrator does not come with batteries. As these are large batteries they considerably add to the weight of the toy. After you replace the cap you simply turn the very end of it to change the speed of the vibrations. The more you turn the higher the vibration speed and the louder it gets. The vibrations are strongest at the tip but can be felt throughout the entire shaft. This vibrator does have some power to it, I gave it 4 Vrooms based on the fact that I could get excited with it. The downsize of this level of power was that the noise level was more noticeable. Being inserted it is muted maybe 1 bee, however not being inserted this toy could be heard not only outside my door but in the bathroom across the hall.

Plastic is one of the easiest toy materials to care for. You can use your favorite toy cleaner, wipe, or simply warm water and an antibacterial soap. Storage is just as easy because plastic normally does not interact with other materials so you can lay it on your shelf or put it in your drawer with no worries. I personally store everything in it's own ziploc bag. If you need lube a water soluble would be the best thing to go with.

It comes in a basic clamshell package with a simple insert that tells you what the toy is and who makes it. This may work as storage if you have the room. Keep in mind that the more it is used the less the plastic will stay closed. This packaging is definitely not discreet.

I really like the size of this vibrator and the shiny silver color. I did not like the noise.
