Not A Whole Lot to Heart
The Heart-On Bullet is a very cute bullet vibrator: white casing with red hearts all over it. It's powerful, but the construction leaves something to be desired and the control is difficult to manipulate.

Pros
Cute and fairly powerful
Cons
Difficult control dial, flimsy construction
The Heart-On Bullet is your basic bullet vibrator attached to a control pack. Its main appeal: it's adorable. It has little red hearts all over the bullet and the control pack. It takes 2 AA batteries, so it puts out a fair amount of power. The high setting was more than sufficient for me. The bullet is fairly large, which is nice, because you can stimulate a larger area. The noise level is pretty low. On high, it's a little high-pitched, but it's easily muffled by a blanket. A little red LED light gets brighter as you turn up the intensity.
One of my problems with the Heart-On Bullet is the dial control. It's pretty hard to turn. That means it's hard to bump during use, but the flip side is that it's hard to turn the power level up or down while you're using it, which could be a drag. The dial itself doesn't stick out far enough from the body of the control pack to be easily turned. It's also backwards: you have to turn the dial counter-clockwise to increase the intensity, which isn't really a problem, it just feels weird.
Another drawback: the construction. The bullet itself is pretty solid, although it has a notable seem running across the middle which can collect gunk. The connection between the wire and the bullet seems fairly secure, although if you're going to use it internally I recommend putting it in a condom, just to be safe. The control pack is the issue here. The back, which slides on behind the batteries, rattles around. The fit isn't very good. It feels like it could pop open at any minute. The wire connection to the battery pack doesn't seem nearly as secure as the connection to the bullet.
The Heart-On Bullet is made of body-safe plastic. You can't sterilize plastic, so don't share unless you're putting the bullet in a condom before use. You have to work a little to get the seam in the middle of the bullet clean, but otherwise care is pretty simple. The only think to watch out for is not getting water in the battery pack, which would be pretty easy since the pieces of the control pack are loose and don't fit together well. So take care when putting this toy near water. I'd recommend using toy or baby wipes.
In the end, you get what you pay for. The Heart-On Bullet is very cheap, and it gets the job done, but the pieces don't fit together like they should and the dial control is annoying. It would be a great toy for someone experimenting with bullets or vibrators in general: cheap and fairly powerful and a good way to explore. Otherwise, if you're willing to jump up a little in price, the Bswish Bnaughty is a better constructed bullet vibrator that I'd recommend over the Heart-On Bullet.
