Nosy Little Bastard
The Little Snooper won't be snooping anywhere near my bits, I'll tell you that! This little bugger is made of silicone and looks like a little sperm, which makes it a cute conversation piece once you remove that useless bullet. Perhaps you could use it for a teaser toy when the bullet is having a good day, other than that look away.

What is this? A sperm?
Ah... yes, let me introduce you to the Little Snooper. I'm guessing it's as undecided as a sperm; it's only halfway complete. The Little Snooper is marketed as a bullet. The head is not meant to be inserted since the bullet is inside and sticks out a bit. The other end is the tail and has a mini little ball at the end. With the title of "snoop" in it's name, I'm assuming the tail can be inserted. It is highly flexible, so it's not the easiest thing to insert, especially if deciding to use it anally. You could technically use the tail anally, but I wouldn't use the Snooper hands free. The head is quite small and it could get lost if you get carried away. Other than that, the Snooper can be used as a teaser and dragged along the erogenous zones.
If you are courageous or extremely sensitive to vibrations, then you could use this toy. It is very discreet in terms of sound, so it's a great option for those who live in dorms or with others. Still, it's not worth it.
What do you mean that it's not worth it?
Well, I try to be unbiased in most of my reviews. Even if something doesn't work for me, I try to evaluate it for folks of all preferences and potential uses. Still... this Snooper serves best as a gag piece and a provocative decoration. That is if you get it on sale, of course. This toy, in my opinion, is worth 8 bucks the most. The most. If it's a lick over that, you can get better, functional toys for that price.
First: strength. This toy is perhaps a low two Vrooms. I give it one vroom because it has to decide to turn on or not. The switch on the bullet is easy to see but a bit finicky to turn on. Once you slide the switch, the circuit in the bullet sometimes doesn't complete and turn on. This makes you stuck shaking, moving and positions the bullet/toy so it happens to turn on. This is annoying because the toy is unreliable and frustrating if you actually try to use it.
The secret way to Improve the quality of the Little Snooper
I did find the secret to improving the use of the Little Snooper. With your snooper comes a little metal key. You use the key to grip the back of the bullet and pull it out of the head of the toy. So the trick is to remove the bullet and BAM. No your useless, pitiful sex toy has transformed into a funky (perhaps raunchy to some) conversation piece and decoration. Ta Da!
Material and Specs
The Little Snooper is made of a pretty decent grade of silicone. Silicone rates a 10 out of 10 on the Eden safety scale. It is non porous, so bacteria cannot thrive inside the toy. It is also hypoallergenic and very body safe. The texture of the head is smooth overall. There is some texture at the base of the head where there is a hold for the bullet and where there is a raised marking of the company's logo. If you remove the bullet, the Little Snooper is very flexible and squishy. There is no firmness to this little sperm. If you need directed, firm stimulation, again, move on.
The Little Snooper is pretty small with a total length of 4 inches. It has in insertable length of 1.25 inches, which further makes it a teaser. The tail is very thin is a circumference of less than an inch, and the head is more bulbous with a max circumference of 3.75 inches. This could certainly make this toy beginner friendly. Other users would just chuck this darn thing at my head. More... eccentric people might think of where to put it to 'decorate' their home.
Here is the Little Snooper compared to a pencil, Salsa and Mia.
The Bullet is tiny and is made of plastic on the outside. I will say that I was initially impressed with the motor (first impression, and before I tured it on). I was surprised on how small a motor could be for the toy. The bullet is shaped like a small cylinder. It does have ridges on its outside. I assume this is to provide grip so the bullet stays snug inside the sperm.

Experience
Functions
The Little Snooper has one switch on the bullet. It's a bit hard to switch and take a bit of finger determination. Once it switches, the bullet MAY turn on. It's not the best made, so the circuit inside the toy isn't always complete (so no power). To get the toy to possibly tun on, you have to move the toy and turn it this way and that. At first I thought it was defective, but it seems to be more of a manufacturing flaw across the board than one sole defective unit.
So let's say you get the power on... you might not even feel it. It's a very low to Vrooms at its best. It's so quiet that you can't really hear it, but you also can't feel it. Just a nice blanket to cover you is enough for this toy in most situations. The vibrations are buzzy and don't transmit through the silicone well. In lack of better words: it sucks. There is only one standard, weak vibration. There are no bells or whistles here.
Care and Maintenance
Once you remove the bullet with the little metal key, cleaning is a breeze. The silicone sperm can be boiled, thrown in the dishwasher, wiped with a bleach solution, or washed with soap and water. This silicone does collect some lint and fuzz, so it is best to keep the snooper wrapped in a pouch or line free cloth. Just make sure to clean around the seams, logo and back of the toy. Debris can collect there.
Only used water based lubricant with the Little Snooper.
Packaging and Other
The packaging for the Little Snooper is this:
The black packaging has a panel that opens to a window. The window is clear and lets you see the toy. The packaging is not raunchy, but it is no discreet either. If you remove the toy from the black packaging, the snooper is in snap shell plastic packaging. It comes off easily enough. It also comes with two booklets of instructions with many different languages, which is informative. The toy comes with the metal key to remove the bullet from the toy. I would not gift this as a sex toy. I might, if on a very, very good sale, give it as a little raunchy sperm decoration though.
So why is it one star? It's weak, the bullet is shoddy and temperamental, it's awkward, too expensive for what it is, and is relatively useless.
