No more butterflies for me!

Ultimately, I wouldn't suggest this product. It's a step up from the similar product "Butterfly Kiss", in that it's harder and stronger. With that said, it's still weak and waaaaay too short to hit my g-spot. It's awkwardly shaped for use with condoms. Not a fan.

Use

This product is designed for use by people with vaginas, and intended to stimulate the F-spot and the clit. However, it could be used safely (and I think, fairly easily) anally. The low price and small length/girth, make it ideal for people looking to explore G-spot toys for the first time. It'll most likely leave size and power queens wanting more.

Material / Texture

The toy has two pieces; the soft sleeve made of TPR and the bullet, which is made of plastic. The butterfly shaped sleeve is flexible and easy to manipulate. The bullet is smooth. Both are, more or less, texture-free, which might be a bit boring for some people. Sadly, TPR is not the safest material, as it is porous and can collect germs, and the cock portion of the sleeve is too small to use with a condom. Therefore, this toy cannot be safely shared with partners. The sleeve is sticky and a debris magnet, so that's something that will have to be taken into consideration when choosing how to store this.

Design / Shape / Size

The design of this toy is a bit weird, I must say. I don't find a butterfly, with a cock too inviting, personally. The 'cock' portion is small; about 3". This might be great for some, but missed my G-spot by about 2". The head of this toy is about the size of a grape. Also, I found the the clit portion, which is shaped like the head of the butterfly, both uncomfortable and too big for the pinpoint stimulation I need. The bullet is a little weak, in my opinion, but the good news is, if you have a similar sized bullet, you could use it with the sleeve. And if you decide you like the bullet, you can use it by itself.

Functions / Performance / Controls

This toy is super easy to use, once you get past loading the battery. At first, I had trouble separating the bullet from the sleeve, as it's a tight fit and suctioned to the plastic a bit. I was afraid of tearing the sleeve, but it held up. The bullet has three speeds (all of which are the same pattern). The button to turn on the vibrator has a button at it's end. Press the button once to turn on and a press again for each speed.

Care and Maintenance

The sleeve is a bit of dust magnet, so I store mine in a plastic bag and throw it in my toy box. It's easy enough to store, cause it's so small. TPR can't handle being boiled, so to clean it, just use mild soap and warm water. You also have to avoid oil-based lubes, which will ruin it.

Experience

When I was assigned this product, I was definitely apprehensive. I have Cal Exotic's Butterfly Kiss, which is similar and I don't like it. When it arrived, I was glad to see it was larger and harder than I expected. I tried it out solo a few times, and felt like I was left hanging. Even though it's longer than the Butterfly Kiss, it still missed my g-spot by a long shot. I decided to give it a go while grinding on my partner (me on top), to see if changing the angle would help at all. It didn't. And the butterfly's face really hurt my clit.

Thank you for the review. I was reading wondering if it was the nose of the butterfly that made it un comfortable?
  • Contributor: Brideofskankenstein
I tried to wear this while grinding on my partner, and the nose definitely got in the way. The nose was fine (disappointing though) when I was on my back. I just think its kind of a bummer not to be able to change your position with a G-spot toy. Sometimes you need to in order to hit that spot.

Thanks for a great review. I'm looking for a G-spot toy to win over my toy-averse wife. This is definitely NOT the one.

I've always thought the "cock on a butterfly" thing was weird too. Thanks for the review!
