For an introductory vibrator this is an excellent choice. It's made of hard plastic, which is a plus and minus for some. On the plus side it feels rigid and is easy to clean with soap and water. On the minus side, some people prefer the softer give of silicone. Plastic is not quite as safe as medical grade silicone when it comes to toys and cannot be boiled to be sterilized.

My girlfriend loves this toy for vaginal play. It's very easy to use with a dial switch on the bottom that controls the speed of the vibrations. At its highest setting, it packs quite a little punch and can be a bit on the noisy side, certainly not a discreet toy. The vibrations are constant, the dial controls intensity, and there are no pattered vibrations. It takes two AA batteries; it goes through them fairly fast given its strong vibrations. The bottom screws off to insert the batteries. The blueberry colored glide can be used with just about any lubricant given the fact that it is made of hard plastic.

The shape of the vibrator is an added bonus. It has several ripples at the end, which make for a pleasant surprise when sliding the toy in and out compared to a standard tapered vibrator. I love the clear plastic look that lets you actually see the motor producing the vibrations.

We've also used this for anal play and the rippled shape makes for a great anal toy as well. It is a bit on the bigger side for anal toys, so certainly not for the first time anal virgin. It's 1" in diameter and the ripples seem to make it feel like a larger toy than an 1" in diameter. Overall, I'd say this makes a great introductory vibrator; not the fanciest, but gets the job done at a great price. We've had it for several months and still continue to play with the glide. We prefer the glide for anal play over vaginal play, but it does the job very nicely for either given its strong vibrations.

Still a standard no frills vibrator that continues to work with no visible wear or breakdown. The plastic still feels a bit rigid and hard but that's not always a bad thing.
