This whimsical rabbit is meant for both clitoral and vaginal stimulation. I would not recommend this toy for anal play simply because it doesn't have a tapered end at the bottom. The toy also has a plethora of little ticklers that I feel are ideal for foreplay.

This toy is wonderful for both couple play and solo play. I also think it could be an amusing gag gift. If you simply desire to not play with the rabbit or you feel that the rabbit does not sit comfortably on your clit, all you have to do is simply remove it! That way, the user is left with a deliciously odd vibrator.

I would highly recommend this toy to texture junkies and those who have experience with toys that carry a little bit more power. If you are new to toys and texture, I would not recommend this toy for you, simply because the user become overwhelmed by the incredibly numerous ticklers.

The Verve is made of Elastomer, which ranks as a seven on the Eden Safety Scale. It is also latex free, phthalates free and hypo allergenic. When I opened the box, I did not smell anything - and like I have mentioned in all my previous reviews - this is a major plus!

The Elastomer material is soft but sturdy, so you need not worry that it will lose its shape inside of you. I personally am not a fan of the elastomer simply because it is a dirt and lint magnet, and can not easily be sanitized. But I will discuss that attribute later.

The texture is probably what makes it such an intriguing toy- I think without it, it would be just another rabbit with a removable clitoral stimulation piece. The texture is fascinating; there are dozens of little tickles placed all over the toy. When I first used the toy, I turned the toy on and used the ticklers as a clitoral simulators and they did such a wonderful job! They manage to convey vibration well and continue to contribute to stimulation even while the toy is penetrating the vagina.

When held, the elastomer feels a little bit sticky, which I think is a little bit gross. However, it is not so sticky that it feels like your pussy muscles are being dragged during penetration. A little bit of extra lube is required, simply because it is necessary to cover all the ticklers.

The Verve obviously does not look like your traditional Rabbit vibrator. Unlike many vibrators, it does not replicate a penis exactly, but does retain a penis like shape. Ticklers are located all over the head and shaft the toy. The entire length of the toy is 9 1/4 inches, the insertable length of the toy is 6 1/2 inches, the circumference is 5 inches (without the ticklers) and the diameter is 1 5/8 inches. The overall weight of the toy is about a pound, which is about the same weight as most traditional rabbits. The technical measurements are a tad larger than a penis; so much so that I would not readily recommend this to someone who is not comfortable with larger sex toys and someone who is new to rabbits.

One attribute that makes this Rabbit stand out from most rabbits is that it has a removable rabbit piece. Some users feel that the rabbit piece of some toys does not rest on their clit comfortably or does not hit their clit at all. Personally, I had a very successful experience with rabbit, and I felt it hit my clit perfectly during use. The clit has its own bullet and can be maneuvered independently from the rest of toy. It can also be used with other toys or by itself for a fun teasing session.

Unlike many rabbit vibrators, it lacks rotating beads. I usually prefer my rabbits without beads, simply because they tend to jam up during play which leads to subsequent frustration on my end. The shaft of the toy does rotate independently from the rest of the toy.

I would not say the Verve is easy to hide, simply because it is rather heavy and almost ten inches long. It resides in one of my drawers in my desk, rather than my toy box because it is so big. You could slip into a purse or a piece of luggage, but if your bag was to be searched, security or whomever would definitely know that the Verve it is a sex toy.

The vibrator part of the rabbit is controlled by a control panel located on the front bottom of the toy. There are two speeds to the toy. You can also control what direction the shaft will turn in; there is a clockwise option and a counterclockwise option. I personally love the control panel - I typically get very frustrated with dial control panels, but with the traditional control panel, it is such a cinch to change the direction and the speed.

It is waterproof, and completed a spectacular performance in the tub and shower! It still retained a lot of power and helped me reach my O with a little time to spare. I used both the rabbit and vibrator when I used it for water play, so both pieces are capable of being used in water without fear of being destroyed.

This toy is a bit on the noisy side; I think it could be heard through my door while it was closed. I would use this toy if you have a bit of loud music playing, and I would definitely not recommend using this toy with other people in the room. I personally am not bothered by noisy toys, but if you are, I would not really recommend this toy to you.

The clitoral vibe can be removed, but be prepared to use a little caution and some elbow grease, because if you pull too hard on it, it make break forever and ever. I used a little water based to lube to help ease the vibe off. When removed, it can also be used as a finger or a cock ring. To put it back on, I would use some water based lube again, and then clean off the whole toy with either soap and warm water or toy cleaner.

I hate cleaning up after this toy because it is made of elastomer and cannot be completely sanitized. The ticklers also make clean up that much more difficult; what I've done to clean up between the ticklers is grab an old tooth brush, dip it in a soap and water mix, and then spend about thirty minutes cleaning it. You can also use toy wipes and toy cleaner. Or you could minimize cleaning time dramatically by placing a condom on the toy before play; I will warn you it will take a while to put the condom because you have to spend a lot of time ensuring the condom covers all the ticklers. Do not bleach or boil your toy because you will ruin it.

It is a dirt and lint magnet so I try to store this toy separately from my other toys because it tends to draw dirt to not only itself, but to my other toys as well. Because of this, I would not recommend using this toy with other toys. Also, because it does attract lint, I would highly recommend washing this off with soap and water before play.

I only tried using the Verve with water based lube; it should also be compatible with silicone based lube.

I think this toy has a lot of potential, but ends up doing itself in because of the attributes that make it so interesting. I think this toy is more of an aesthetic piece rather than a practical piece because it is just not something most people are going to be patient enough to want to use everyday. If the toy was released in a different material (think silicone), I would be more willing to try it again. Just because this toy is such a hassle to clean up, he will only be used when I am in a incredibly patient mood.

I loved the ticklers and I loved the rabbit piece but I do not care for the vibrator part. I usually require a vibrator to get my big O, but I could use him only a couple times before I got frustrated with what a hassle he was. The Verve has a lot of power, but if you are going to drop a lot of money on him, make sure you are willing to invest the time it takes to clean him.
