I was tempted to get the green because I have a ton of pink and purple, but decided to go with purple instead. The Egg Ecstasy is made out of a soft, velvety plastic. It does not contain any phthalates, and it is also hypo-allergenic for the more sensitive ladies. Even though the material is plastic, is does not have a plastic smell which is a plus in my opinion.
