When I first got this I have to admit, I had my doubts. When I saw this was jelly I was really upset because I have never enjoyed any jelly material I have encountered. Now I will admit, after using, I am VERY impressed with her. She has become one of my favorite toys. I have named her Black Beauty. I've never named a toy before...so I guess you can say that I REALLY love her.

Now onto the actual review, she can be used for partner play or solo play. She is very pretty and has two rows of "diamonds" around the base of the toy, above the controls. She has three rows of rotating metallic beads and the head also rotates simultaneously at the same time the beads rotate. She also has a very strong vibrating clit stimulator that is shaped like a beaver. She stimulates both externally and internally BEAUTIFULLY!!! She can be thrust in and out and trust me that it's orgasmic, although just leaving her stationary is great too, she does all the work if you let her.

The Black Diamond is made of Jelly. The bottom of the toy where the controls are and the batteries go is made of plastic with a velvety texture. The jelly is very smooth and not very sticky at all like most jellies. She has a very light chemical smell but you can only smell it if you put your nose right up to the toy, not an annoyance at all. She is squishy but doesn't have much give at all, due to all the mechanics she has inside.

She has a bit of drag due to her material, I would recommend some water based lube, without lube she can be quite painful. As far as sharing her, please use a condom, as jelly is quite porous and not safe to share with friends. The top of her is shaped like the head of a penis with some ridges down her shaft. I personally cannot feel the ridges during play, but I wasn't missing them either. She makes up for that in other areas.

The Black Diamond is designed beautifully. She is 9 1/2 inches from end to end with 4 1/4 inches insertable and a diameter of 1 3/8 inches. Her size is quite pleasurable. She has a clitoral stimulator shaped like a beaver that is VERY strong. She has a head shaped like a penis and metallic rotating beads directly underneath the head. All you really have to do with her is turn her on and she does all the work herself. My husband used her on me and thrust her a little, wow I thought I was in heaven, very orgasmic.

I would recommend her for both beginner and advanced users because of how easy it is to use her and how perfect her size is. I would not recommend her for travel because she is pretty big from end to end and not easy to hide. This is the kind of toy you would want to keep at home...although if you REALLY want to bring her with you traveling I'm sure something could always be figured out.

She performs really well. She is very powerful and impressive. She is not discreet at all when it comes to sound. The rotations even on the lowest setting are loud. That doesn't bother me at all though because I only use my toys when everyone is asleep and my husband doesn't mind me playing. If you are looking for something quiet and discreet then I wouldn't recommend this toy for you. The vibrations are quiet and discreet, it's just the rotations that are loud. She takes three AA batteries that are held in a battery harness inside the battery compartment, there is also an O-ring which means she is waterproof as advertised. I did test her submerged and she worked very well.

She is controlled by a push button light up control pad. There are separate controls for both the rotations and vibrations and three levels for each as well. The lights on the control pad are indicators for which strength the rotations or vibrations are on. There is also a single button to reverse the rotations. The beaver is great and hits the right spot EVERY time. Overall, the controls are easy to use and she's also a lot of fun.

She is very easy to clean. I use warm water and pat her dry with a washcloth. You could also use a toy cleaner if you wanted. I just prefer using warm water. I store her in my nightstand with my other toys. I do put her in her own drawstring satin bag so she doesn't damage my other toys. I would recommend using water-based lubes with her as other lubes could damage her. I use water based lubes on all my toys just to be safe. Since she does have a slight tacky feel to her, I would store her separately from other toys.
