The box itself is pretty discreet, black with a hexagonal pattern design, except some fine print that may give away an 'adult toy' is inside. The most intense vibration (and probably where the motor is) is towards the tip of the shaft, and those vibrations are also strongly felt partway down the shaft and also in the clit arm. There does not seem to be a motor in the clit arm itself, but moderate vibration intensity still easily travels to it from the main shaft!
