Music to My Ears
The Siena Concerto is an impressive traditional vibrator made of velvety soft and hygienic 100% silicone. Its innovative multifunction settings create a unique sexual experience rich with excitement and anticipation, and its gently curved shape gives a fulfilled feeling for those looking for a vibrator on the slightly thicker side.

Pros
Interesting multi-function patterns, body-friendly contoured shape, very quiet.
Cons
Not submersible, may not be powerful enough for some.
The Siena Concerto is truly a magnificent, well-crafted piece. Its shape is somewhat reminiscent of the Jollie, with a contoured, body-friendly design that hugs the inner curves quite nicely. The slight curve at the tip also provides nice G-spot stimulation, something that seems for me to be more difficult to find with toys with a more severe curve.
This vibrator is made of 100% silicone that has a velvety texture and a rigid spine. It is of about average length, with about 5 1/4" insertable, and fares on the thicker side at 1 5/8" in diameter. I tend to prefer smaller vibes, but with adequate lubricant (water-based only), the tapered tip made insertion fairly easy.
This vibrator is also equipped with multiple functions. These are not the typical, run-of-the mill patterns--though pulsation and three levels of vibration are also included. Most of the patterns programmed into the Concerto are complex, interesting, and long-lasting. They create tension and build up, rather than reminding you of Lamaze techniques. In this particular category, the Siena Concerto is a cut above most multifunction vibrators.
Though it does tend to gather dust particles and hair quite easily, clean up of this toy is simple. Warm water and a mild soap, toy cleaner, or a 10% bleach solution can be used to wipe it clean. Because of the electrical components, it should not be boiled or put into the dishwasher.
One disappointment with this vibe is that it doesn't appear to be truly submersible. I tightened the cap over the battery compartment, which contains no seal, and tested it by submerging it in the bath tub. Little air bubbles came up from the unsealed battery compartment, and I quickly removed the toy from the tub, unscrewing the battery cap. As I feared, water had seeped inside. It appears to be splash proof, and I don't anticipate issues to arise from cleaning or using it in the shower. I would not, however, recommend it for use in the bath or hot tub.
It is also not quite as powerful as I had expected. It is categorized as “powerful”, but I think I would say that it's of pretty average power on its highest setting. On its lowest setting, vibrations can barely be felt at all.
Overall, I found this to be a very impressive vibe, with its contoured shape, material, and unique pattern combinations as its standout features.
