More like Faulty Finger.
You would be better off saving your money to put towards another vibe. The weak vibrations and small are enough to turn me away from it. I wish I wouldn't have jumped the gun on this one.

Pros
Waterproof
Cons
Expensive batteries, weak vibrations
I was excited when I bought this small vibe, but was quickly disappointed when I gave it a try. The vibrations are small, to be nice about it. I have a very sensitive clit, and even I couldn't orgasm from it. The Frisky Finger has 3 speeds, but even on high it is a low.
The sleeve is jelly, so if you try this out, use a water or silicone lube only. One thing I hate about jelly is that you can't boil it. If you plan to share it, use a condom. (I know, right. Who wants to use a condom with a sex toy??) To 'clean' it, use warm water and a mild toy cleaner. Stay away from anti-bacterial soaps, as they can damage the jelly. Jelly also is like a magnet to dust hair and other things, so store it in a bag. I would also store it away from other toys, as they might get the scent of the jelly on them.
Jelly has a distinct smell to it, and the Frisky Finger lives up to that smell. Even after a few trys on different parts of my body, the smell is still there. I for one do not like my toys to smell.
The nubs make it look like its going to give you plenty of fun, but since the vibrations are so small, they don't really do anything. I do like the fact that it is water proof, but what good is that if you can't reach that big O?
The Frisky Finger uses watch batteries, so they drain quite quickly. If you have never bought watch batteries before, they are pretty expensive.
The Frisky Finger comes in a pretty plain cardboard box. You could wrap it easily as a gift, but I don't see why you would give it to anyone.

Experience
I didn't like this toy at all. It didn't even have enough vibrations to get my nipples hard. I guess you get what you pay for, huh?
Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
This has found its way to the far back of my toy box. I have been thinking about cutting the jelly off and just using the bullet.
