3.) Long Continous Highest Intensified vibration
4.) Low to high oscillating pattern (soft to stronger vibration)

I haven't submurged this toy in water yet, but I have used it in the shower. It still works, and the battery compartment has remained dry. I'd say it is waterproof!

By the way guys and gals, it is discreet. Even the strongest setting cannot be heard beyond the doors.

Cleaning the Luxe Empower is very easy, it is made of silicone and can be easily cleaned using antibacterial soap and water, pour boiling water over the top part, or wiping it down with a 10% bleach solution. I would not suggest putting it in the dishwasher.

I like to store all my toys in a plastic box with a snap lid. They work best to keep dust off and they have many different color boxes to choose from. Makes storing anywhere possible!
