Looks can be decieving...
Is it as good as the Hitachi? I wouldn't know, but it sure beats out all of the other vibes we own. The sensations it gives are like nothing I have ever experienced. I would recommend this to anyone who finds most vibes lacking in the power department. If you are looking for a good back massager, there are more out there that would work better. However, if you want to try this type of massager, you may save a little money by trying this one out first.

Pros
POWERFUL vibrations, no need for batteries, smaller than other massagers like it.
Cons
Cord, may be too powerful for some, not waterproof.
The "My Mini Miracle Massager", deceived me twice. Upon looking at the pictures, I assumed that this was a wand style massager that was rechargeable, as one of the pictures clearly shows it without a cord attached. Had I read through the whole product description, I would have been informed otherwise. Alas, I have A.D.D and I just grabbed it for assignment based on my assumptions. The Mini Miracle Massager is NOT rechargeable. It is in fact electric, and needs to be plugged in to operate. So that was deception number one. Not the companies fault at all, but I was disappointed nonetheless.
Having to be plugged into a socket can be quite inconvenient, especially if you don't have an outlet close enough to your play area. I found that even though I have bedside outlets, it was better to have the extra length provided by a light weight extension cord. Without it, there is barely enough cord to be able to comfortably use this massager during sex, especially when you are changing positions frequently. Using this alone, you should be okay if you lay on the side of the bed with the outlet. During use, the cord gets in the way and makes certain positions more awkward. A little forethought and practice will help. Some may find it worth all the trouble, but others may want to look into a similar product that is cordless. Aside from the downfalls, having a cord means never having to buy batteries or wait for a recharge. Also, it won't run out of juice in the heat of the moment. Unless, of course, you accidentally pull the cord out, as it does disconnect from the end of the wand.
So, on to the second deception. Upon first glance through the clear plastic box, this massager's plastic housing looked quite thin, as I could see some of the inner workings. This initially reminded me of the cheap vibrators we have gotten in the past. You know the ones I'm talking about right? The ones that are as loud as a blender, yet not nearly as powerful, and break after a few uses? Well, I assumed this would be the same, so I was disappointed yet again. However, as the title of this review states, looks can be deceiving. While it looks like incredibly cheap plastic, it actually feels quite thick and strong. It doesn't feel like it is going to fall apart in your hands during rough play. While it can be pretty loud on the highest setting, it doesn't compare to the rattly high pitched sounds that some of those vibes can make. This definitely isn't one you can sneak and use with other people in the house, but my girl and I didn't find the noise too distracting. That's because the strength in the vibes made us oblivious to anything but the pleasure we felt. We have not tried any other massagers like this one, so we can't compare it to others out there like the Hitachi Magic Wand. That being said, this Mini Miracle has the the most powerful vibrations that we have ever experienced.
As for it's use as a back/body massager, it worked well enough, though the slight flexibility of the "head" made it hard to put pressure on any certain spot. Also, the vibes are so strong as to feel "itchy" if left on one spot for more than a few seconds. The attachments are made of PVC, so there is a lot of drag across the skin. I would recommend using a good massage oil to help with this. Caution should be used however, because this massager is not waterproof. Don't make a mess that can not be easily wiped off with a damp cloth. The attachments can be removed though, so you could safely wash them with soap and water. Speaking of the attachments, this wand comes with four. My girl and I much prefer the one it came equiped with. The other three are discs that diffuse the vibrations somewhat over a wider surface area. One of these is smooth and concave, which feels nice cupping your balls or your nipples. The other two have different textures, one being raised "dots" and the other looks like it has bristles. Having no other way to describe it, it looks like a pet grooming tool. We found the latter to be too irritating directly on the skin. In fact, I would use caution using any of the attachments directly on your skin without lube or a towel. The vibrations really are powerful, especially on the high setting. Couple that with the drag of the pvc material, and you can really irritate sensitive skin, especially the vagina.

Experience
My girl and I started out with the attachment that was already on the massager, which is the one that gives more direct stimulation. On the lowest setting, we tried this out on each other's bodies to warm up. Nipples, belly, thighs, toes, and everything in between. It felt amazing and even on low my girl was able to come from clitoral stimulation. She said that on low, it was as powerful as her best vibrator, so she was quite afraid to use it on high. In fact, she put a towel over her pussy before she would even let me near her. Once we flipped the switch to full power, she was immediately overwhelmed when it touched her clit. Not faint of heart, she rose to the challenge, and grabbing the massager from me, she experimented until she found the best spot. After that, she completely ignored me and got lost in the powerful sensations. Many orgasms later, it was my turn. I too was a little afraid of having it full blast on my sensitive balls, so I covered myself with a towel. What followed was pleasure I have never experienced. It was intense and almost too much. I found that if I kept it moving, I could handle it better than if it was just on one spot. I had what felt like multiple orgasms without coming, if that makes any sense, just a constant stream of intense sensations. After only ten minutes of moving the vibrations up and down my shaft and on my balls and taint, I couldn't take it anymore. I focused the sensations just under the head of my cock moving back and forth until I had an orgasm that made every muscle in my body clench and it seemed to go on forever.
All in all, I would recommend this to people who are looking to try these types of massagers. There really isn't much out there that is more powerful. However, you are not saving a lot of money buying this instead of the Hitachi. It really depends on what you are looking for, but I think the Mini Miracle is smaller and lighter than other models and you do get a few attachments to try out. All I can say is that we have had a lot of fun with this product, and will be looking into something cordless. Now that we know what super strong vibes can do, a massager like this is a MUST HAVE for our toy collection.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
We use this massager all the time for achy muscles as well as sex play. The attachments can feel a little "itchy" on bare skin if held in the same spot too long or if you apply a lot of pressure. We like the wide flat one with small raised circles on it for massaging best. The cup attachment is a new favorite for my girl's nipples, and I like it on my balls from time to time. My girl uses this on clit with the regular attachment, but she always has to have a layer of fabric between her and the toy, or it's too intense. All, in all this is a fairly good product, though we are still curious to see how the Hitachi and some of it's attachments compare. Still, this one is loads cheaper and you don't have to buy the attachments separately, so those looking to try this type of product won't have to spend as much.
