I’ve always wanted the Liv but I never ordered her and I can’t really tell you why. I’ve wanted her from the moment I joined EF. I pushed it off and now over a year later I finally order it. Now, I feel stupid for not ordering it sooner. The liv by Lelo is a beautiful traditional/g-spot vibrator. The liv can be perfect for every woman. I say only some because liv is rather small and she may not be fitting for every woman because some may find her to be too short or too thin. Her thin figure allows for perfect and smooth insertion. Her silicone skin treats your body with the delicacy that your womanly body deserves. Liv is perfect for g-s-pot stimulation, and perfect for clitoral stimulation.

You can use live to stimulate the outer and inner sensitive areas of your labia. You can use her during vaginal penetration to stimulate your clit while your partner penetrates you, or you play alone with your favorite dildo. You can also use her for lite sensory play. Liv is perfect for beginners as well as the more advanced, she’s perfect for women who live on their own or in a roommate setting. She’s very discreet and perfect for traveling; the only downfall is that she can’t be used in the shower or bathtub. This can be a downfall for women who love to use their toys in the water.

The silicone has a smooth texture, the texture is so smooth that I could just sit there and run my hands over her. Her silicone is completely smooth and she doesn’t have any seams or lines that can cause some irritation to some people. Her soft silky silicone body feels amazing when rubbed against your nipples or clit. Liv is non-pours so you can safely share this between partners.

She doesn’t carry any type smell or taste. She doesn’t have any type of texture to her. The lack of texture can be a problem for some but she wasn’t for me. The lack of texture makes her easy and more comfortable to run along the most sensitive areas of your beautiful body.

Liv is made out of silicone. Silicone is Semi-organic polymer, man-made material known for wide-ranging stability and water repellent. Silicone has a tight molecular structure and retains heat. Try to soak silicone toy (make sure it's waterproof) in the warm water before using it to get nice warm feeling. Silicone also repels dirt and bacteria and doesn't fall apart with extended friction.

Liv isn’t the biggest of the bunch but she does get the job done. She’s has a length of 7 inches, an insertable length of 4 ½ inches, a circumference of 3 ¾ inches, and a diameter of 1 1/8 inches. Her size wasn’t a problem for me; actually her size is one of the reasons why I wanted her. There are times when I don’t want something the size of my arm, and for those days that I don’t is when Liv comes into play. Livs discreet curve and size did more than it was intended to do.

She doesn’t have the dramatic curve like most g-spot toys do, but she does have a very lite one. Her slight curve made me think of her as more if a traditional vibrator and not a g-spot one. She has a hard shaft so you can potion her the right way so that you can apply firm pressure to your g-spot. Liv also has this rounded pointed end. This end is perfect for women who love pin-point stimulation. Her size is perfect for traveling; she even comes with her own storage pouch. She can easily be hidden under a pillow or in your dresser drawer. You can even hide her in your bedside table. She isn’t the largest when holding in your hands; in larger hands she can even look extremely small. Her size allows her to fit perfectly inside the palm of your hands.

Her function where a little confusing for me, this is one of the few toys that I had to actually open the manual to figure out how to turn her on. Normally, I just play with it and learn that way, but this one confused me for a minute. When the Liv is on and running her vibrations is wonderful, they are strong and powerful. The can be felt throughout the shaft and a little in the handle, but it isn’t too much. The liv is rechargeable and operated by four buttons that are set in a circle.

The buttons are “up arrow”, a “down arrow”, a “-“, and a “+”. These four buttons control everything. One button turns it on, increases and decreases the patterns, and turns it off. Pressing down on the center of the control pad locks the liv so you don’t have to worry about it mistakenly turning it on.

To turn on the liv you have to press the “+” button, this turns it on at a very low rumble. To increase the vibrations you will need to press the “+” button again, and you can keep pressing his button until you get to the setting you want. To decrease the vibrations at any time you should press the “-“button, this button also turns if off. When turning it off you just hold it down for a few seconds, and it will slowly come to a stop.

When wanting to get to the pattern setting, you can press the “up arrow” at any time and it will take you into the pattern at the current vibration intensity you have it in at that time. When in the pattern setting you can press the “+” or the “-“button to decrease/increase the intensity. There is also a “down arrow” this one is a dictated back button. It does nothing but take you to the previous pattern or vibration intensity you were currently at.

The vibration settings are as followed:
1. Rumble
2. low
3. Medium
4. High
5. Really high

Pressing the “up arrow” to get to the patterns:

1. Pulsations
2. Fast pulsations
3. Quick pulsations
4. Revving low to high

All the vibrations are very quiet; even if someone was lying in the bed sleeping with you they wouldn’t even hear it.

With every press of the control pad it has a back light that lights up. This lets you know the button was pressed. The liv also has a locking feature that keeps it from mistakenly turning on and running out your battery or even turning on in an awkward situation. To lock the control pad you just have to press down in the center and hold it for a few seconds. The control pad will blink and that lets you know it’s locked, you also perform this same act to unlock it.

The liv is rechargeable so you don’t ever have to worry about batteries with this toy. When liv is charging the control pad will continuously blink. When it’s completely charged the control pad will stay lit up and it won’t blink. When the liv is dying the control pad will flash red. A 90 minute charge will give you about two hours of play time when using it on a medium to high setting. The charger is plugged into a charging port at the bottom of the toy. Although the liv has a covered charging port it still isn’t waterproof.

Caring for liv is very easy! Liv isn’t waterproof so you can’t fully submerge her. When cleaning you can run her shaft under warm water and wipe it down with mild soap and water. You should keep the water away from the charging port or the control pad. You can wash her down with your favorite toy cleaner if you want. When you aren’t using her, you can store her in the pouch that she came with when you aren’t using her. You should only use water based lube when using her.

The package that Liv came in is like most lelo items. The box matches the lover of the actual toy. Like me, I choose the green liv and by box was green. The outer box is extremely discreet. It does have some writing on it and a picture of the item on the back. When you open the green box inside that is a hard black box. This box has nothing on it, not information or anything it’s extremely discreet. The box does have the LELO logo on the front but that’s about it. Once you open the box inside sites our liv. At the foot of liv is a little compartment. Inside that compartment was the charger, and under that charger is the black storage pouch, user information, and a simple packet of LELO lube. The box is perfect for storage, but isn’t needed because you a neat storage pouch.

I couldn’t choose between the liv and the Gigi, so I ended up getting them both and I’m glad I didn’t choose and decided to get them box. The liv is wonderfully beautiful toy. I love everything about her; form her power and how quiet she actually is. I was able to use her in the same bed as my guy and not wake him up. I was a little heartbroken that she isn’t waterproof, but I can live with that. Livs color is so bright and beautiful. I love liv’s smaller size, it makes inserting her extremely easy and it all happens in one swift motion. My boyfriend just loves how strong she is.
