Little buzzy bud
This toy doesn't really do it for me, but I'm not disappointed either. For the price it's a good item that I would recommend to someone interested in g-spot play. If it doesn't work for your g-spot, you'll still have a great little clit vibe.

Pros
Velvety, curved, good settings, two push button control
Cons
Visible seam, may be too small for some
This is another toy I'm on the fence about. Without a doubt the best thing about this toy (in my opinion) is how deliciously smooth and soft it feels to the touch. It's smooth and velvety and has minimal drag. Because it's plastic, you can use water, silicone, or oil based lube. Though this is marketed as a g-spot vibrator, I enjoy it more for clitoral stimulation.
It comes in a clam shell style package and it is not discrete. You could store it in the original packaging, but I opt for a plastic baggy in my toy box. Out of the box it has no smell or nasty production residue like some toys. Here on Eden this vibrator is called the Tulip Wand, but the packaging says Cows Horn. Horn is a fitting description. If you had two you could put one on either side of your head and dress up as a pink cow.
The battery compartment is simple and easy to use. Just unscrew the base and pop in two AAA batteries. There's a nice O-ring so the toy is waterproof. The opening for the batteries has a plus and minus so you know which goes where. After that you're ready to go. It's controlled by two push buttons covered by a fluorescent pink plastic window. The bottom button is the on/off button and the top cycles through the seven functions. They go: low, medium, high, pulsing escalation, high quick pulse, high extremely quick pulse, and extra high. I honestly can't tell much of a difference between high and extra high, but I'm not that sensitive. The vibrations aren't the highest quality, but aren't bad. It's not a particularly loud toy, but it is a little annoying in my opinion.
For some reason I thought this toy was going to be bigger that it actually is. At about 5-6 inches of it being insertable, anyone should be able to reach their g-spot. The whole thing is about as long as my forearm. The skinniest part of the neck is no wider than a tradition tube of lip balm, and the tulip bit itself is about as big as a quarter. If just that part was larger, I think I'd enjoy it more.
The biggest problem I have with this toy is that there is a visible seam between the bulb head and the neck. Gunk could easily get caught there, so take extra care when cleaning. I clean mine with toy cleaner spray and wipes to be safe. Since it's waterproof, you could definitely clean it in the sink with soap and water if you prefer.
I think that this would be a better g-spot vibrator for me if the head was bigger. If you like pinpoint vibrations, it shouldn't be a problem for you. The curve in the neck makes it great for reaching the perfect spot, or for just relaxing with it on your clit. The plastic has no give or flex, so if you need more pressure, this is a good one to keep in mind. The small tip is also great for nipple play. This toy doesn't completely do it for me, but it's a good teaser and would be good for partner play since it's not intimidating. I wouldn't really think about this as a gift item, unless you're giving to yourself or a partner.

Experience
This works best as a clitoral or warm-up vibe for me. It's also great for nipple stimulation and foreplay.
Follow-up commentary

I tried to get this to work for me but the vibrations are too shallow for my clit and the head is too small for my g-spot.

Good review. This is a cute toy.

It really is cute. I forgot to mention that the button panel lights up and blinks with the patterns. Not really important info but it does!

Thanks for the review! It might be a bit too loud for me but the blinking sounds awesome!

Awesome review! I like the .look of this toy! When I first saw it I expected quite a bit bigger than the measurments you included. Thank you for adding the size because I really expected bigger too, but it still sounds pretty nice. I like the bulb head. If it were a bit bigger it'd probably be really awesome! I have one with a bulbous head that gives a really unique sensation. Great review!

The bulbous head is nice for sure. It's great for applying just the right amount of pressure after you've found the sweet spot. Unfortunately that can be a bit tricky because of its small size.

Cute little toy emphasis on little! Might be good for variety I suppose.
