This toy has 10 unique functions. It is easily tuned on by pressing the button found on the cord. The 10 functions are:
1) steady low vibe
2) med steady vibe
3) higher steady vibe (buzzy in sound)
4) med fast pulses with no breaks
5) low, low, low, low, med, med, med, med, high, high, high, high pulses in a cycle
6) steady building then lowering steady vibe with no breaks
7) high pulses

The toy does offer a alot in variety for vibrations. The vibrations are loud and almost buzzy though at the highest setting, (and on some of the variety settings when it gets to the "high" part). Fortunately it is only really "loud" on high setting and still would not be heard through a closed door if it was under a blanket. The bummer is having to cycle through all the settings to find the right setting. I hated thinking I found the "right" one just to have it change and not actually be the right one to get me there!

I liked this vibe and thought it did an excellent job. I enjoyed the way it felt on my nipples and labia, (as well as my clitoris). I did not use it for insertion due to it's girth. It is 3" in length with 4" circumference. This is not the average bullet size. It is much larger. I do not recommend this for anal play. The material is safe enough but it could get accidentally sucked in and I would not trust the cord to pull it out. The concentration of vibrations is at the rounded end opposite of the cord. It did not leave my hand tingly after holding it. The batteries are easy to install by twisting the bullet apart. There is a waterproof ring along the screw grooves that helps to keep it water-tight. I did not use this toy in water yet. It did get wet during cleaning and still works just fine though.

The 10 Speed Vibrating Egg is waterproof. This makes clean up really easy. Plastic is non-porous and phthalate-free. It can easily be cleaned with antibacterial soap and hot water or by wiping down with isopropyl alcohol. I use a toy cleaner just to give it an extra clean scent. This toy is odorless and has no taste what-so-ever. The plastic material is compatible with water, silicone and oil based lubrication. The plastic material has almost no drag. Lube may not even be required depending on what you are using it for.


The 10 Speed Vibrating Egg came in a nice packaging from Shot's Media Toys. It is a box with a plastic clam-shell inside holding the toy in full view from the windows on the sides of the package. The clam-shell also held the two AAA batteries. There was also a small booklet in the box showing other Shot's Media Toys. The box has a description of the toy and lists it's features. It is not discreet. It would make a suitable gift box, since it shows off the product so well. The box could also be used for storage. I store my egg along with my other toys in a big plastic box. I don't have to worry about the material since plastic plays well with other materials. I would recommend taking the batteries out before storage.
