Light-up Bliss!!
The Bliss Massager is a cute and colorful toy that will hit the spot for most people. The controls take a little bit to figure out, but once you do, you'll be blissed out! The colored blinking lights are an exciting feature.

Pros
Small, light weight, colored lights, multiple speeds and patterns.
Cons
Might not be strong enough for some, diffuse vibrations.
The Bliss Massager by NS Novelties is a really cute little clitoral vibrator. This toy would be an excellent choice for anyone looking for a small, lightweight, yet powerful clitoral stimulator. Beginners and experienced users could use this toy.
This toy looks a bit like a computer mouse, and is rather small, at just 4.5" x 5.5" x 2" and only about 4 ounces. Because of the small size and the similarity to a mouse, this is definitely a travel-friendly toy. In addition to its small size, the other excellent travel feature is the power button. This toy can't be turned on and off with just a bump. Bliss fits easily in the palm of my hand, and is only as wide as two fingers at the tip. Indeed, it seems made for just such a grip -- palm with two fingers extended.
The key attraction here, though is the multicolor light show! The center strip of Bliss is accented by a tiny purple stripe that matches the stripe around the middle of the toy. In this case the purple strip actually houses LED lights! The lights vary according to vibration pattern and speed, and can be totally fascinating if you're distracted by bright or shiny objects(guilty as charged). Each vibration pattern corresponds with a color, and the light blinks in time to the vibration pattern. The patterns are varied and range from a steady pulse to a roller coaster up/down/fast/slow pattern.
In the case of steady vibration, when vibration speed increases, more of the light strip lights up, sort of like a gauge.
Three softkey-type buttons control the Bliss: " + o - " are your choices. This keypad lights up red or green when the buttons are pressed. The plus button powers the toy on, and the minus button powers the toy off. The toy has two modes: intensity and pulsation. The o button switches Bliss from intensity, which is a steady vibration, to pulsation, which is a ten pattern choice. While in either mode, the plus and minus buttons change the action. In intensity mode, by hitting the plus button, vibration increases in steps. Hit the minus button, the intensity decreases, all the way to zero power, even off.
In pulsation mode, the +/- changes the vibration pattern, and using the plus and minus scrolls forward and backward through the patterns.
The packaging is attractive and high quality. It would be excellent for gift giving and storage. It does feature a photo of the toy on the front, but no nudity and no mention of sex. In that sense, it's fairly discreet. The toy and charger are in a fitted foam insert inside of a black cardboard box with lift-off lid and viewing window. This box is inside of a matching slide-off sleeve.
Care and feeding of Bliss is easy. The toy arrives with a charger nestled in the box. It is made of hard ABS plastic with a silicone center (like purple oreo cream) and a ridged silicone 'target' for the clitoris. Because of the silicone, only use water-based lubricants with this toy. It is waterproof according to the description page, and the self-sealing silicone hole for the charger seems to bear this out. Clean up with antibacterial soap and water, or a toy cleaner. Store this nestled in its little foam bed in the box it came in, or with your other toys. As I mentioned earlier, it is tiny and will fit most anywhere.

Experience
Although this toy is designed as a focused-stimulation vibrator, I felt like the vibrations were diffuse, and I felt them throughout the whole toy.
Follow-up commentary

This is a nifty little toy, and I love the colored lights. I do think it's a little loud, but the patterns are great.
