The Dual climax can be used as a g-spot/clitoral vibrator in tandem, or because the controls are separate for the egg and longer vibe, can be used with each part alone as well. Also with the separate controls, you can have both at different intensities, for instance, I love to turn the internal vibe all the way up while keeping only a light buzz on my clit. Though the insertable part is somewhat rough to get in due to being hard plastic, I still found it good for inner or outer stimulation.

It was a little disappointing in some respects, such as having to put the control very close to me after setting it, due to the short cords on the vibes. The battery also ran out on me faster than expected. For a beginner vibe, it was great, but I'm glad it was a cheapie. Though "waterproof" it is difficult to keep the controller out of the water (again due to the cord length), though the vibes themselves are waterproof.

The Dual climax is made of hard plastic, and gives off no scents. It can be a bit rough if used with not enough lubrication, though it is smooth. The body of the longer vibe has a series of bumps, though I wasn't impressed in how they felt - because of how solid the material is, there was no give to the bumps and could easily cause me over-stimulation.

I loved the egg, due to having slightly flatter ends that were easy to press against the side of my clit to get less direct stimulation and build to an orgasm more slowly, as well as being able to use it more directly for more intense stim.

The insertable vibrator is somewhat uncomfortable for me because of the rigidity of the plastic, and sometimes will poke if I shift while using it. Also, it tends to slip out if I get too wet, especially if my inner muscles tense at all. The cord also began wearing out fairly quickly, and the vibrations can skip or stop working if the cord is bumped in certain ways.

The controls are extremely simple and easy to understand - two dials, one for each vibrator and corresponding to the plugs on top. They range from Low to High, and a small red light next to the dial lights up when the vibrator is turned on.

It is relatively discreet, usually not being able to be heard through doors unless you turn it all the way up, though always able to be heard through covers. It is run on AAA batteries, and unfortunately the batteries run out after a few uses. Removing the batteries when I wasn't using it didn't extend it's use life by much.

For me, the raise in vibrations wasn't constant, but as I turn it up, it feels like it kicks up a level a few times. Though the packaging and description say waterproof, I didn't trust it due to the cords, and there's no way the controller can go underwater - the batteries and input plugs would get wet and stop working. As said before, the cords aren't a great length and could be longer.

The care for this toy is probably the easiest part of it, you can wipe it off with toy wipes, or clean it with soapy water (though not the controller, as said). No boiling or dishwasher for obvious reasons.

I only have used water-based lube, as that is always my preference, and it is safe to use water-based lubes with just about anything. Since this toy is plastic, however, it should be safe to use with both silicone- and oil-based lubes too.

The packaging was a blister pack with an artsy looking picture and very little information about the product. Thankfully, it is very easy to figure out - put in four AAA batteries and go.

I overall wasn't impressed, but it worked for a beginner vibe and I can still get off with it. I'm hoping to replace it when it dies out (which will be soon, as one cord/plug doesn't work at all now).
