Iris sex toy review
You'll definitely notice the differences between shaft and tip vibrations, and the patterns are interesting too. I also appreciated the thrusting ability of the Iris. The curved shaft and longish handle allowed me to get a great angle on my G-spot. Very nice.

I was fully prepared to adore this vibe. I'd previously tried the Lelo Nea and was blown away by its sheer fabulousness. The Iris is a great toy but it's not quite as amazing as I wanted it to be.
The Lelo Iris Vibrator is packaged in a fabric-covered black box encased in a plastic protective sleeve. Inside you'll find the vibe itself nestled on a formed plastic bed, beneath the bed hides its charger, instruction manual, and silky storage bag. As far as classy presentation goes, this vibe gets an A+.
Because it's fully charged at the factory, you can start playing with the Iris immediately. The controls are housed in the end of the vibe's plastic shaft. There's a single lighted control button that allows you to increase the intensity of vibrations as well as cycle through several different vibratory patterns. The vibe promises to be splash proof, and there's even a little silicone cover to protect the charging port from moisture.
Two separate motors are located in the Iris: one in the shaft and one in the tip. These can be controlled separately or together, depending on what you like best.
The business end of the Iris is made of firm silicone molded into a stylized flower shape. Silicone toys should only be used with water-based lubricants, and since this vibe is rather large, you'll definitely want to lube it up before use.
Because it has two motors, I expected the Iris to be super-powerful. It isn't. It's got a nice kick to it but it will not rattle the pictures on the walls. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it did surprise me to find that two motors didn't deliver unlimited power.
The varied vibrations, however, were a lot of fun to try. You'll definitely notice the differences between shaft and tip vibrations, and the patterns are interesting too. I also appreciated the thrusting ability of the Iris. The curved shaft and longish handle allowed me to use it as other g-spot vibrators. Very nice.
The control button was a little hard for me to use, especially after I managed to get lube all over the length of the toy. My thumb kept slipping from the "intensity" portion of the button to the "off" portion; this was frustrating as I got closer to coming. Some skid-proof ribbing would have been a great addition around the control button.
It was easy to clean up the Iris in hot soapy water. I especially liked that I didn't have to worry about getting water in the charger port (it's covered, remember?). If you want to travel with the toy, the control button can be depressed for five seconds, which locks the toy. This is a really nice feature of vibes in the Lelo line.
All in all, the Lelo Iris is one of high quality vibrators with some excellent features and a very classy presentation. It's powerful enough for most, but the dual motors won't provide as much power as you might expect.

Thank you for viewing Iris – g-spot vibrator discontinued review page!
Wow,I'm shocked to hear that. I thought the Iris would br stronger than the Gigi. I was a bit dissapointed with the power provided by the Gigi but I feel it's a great g vibe none the less.
