The Rolling Burst comes to you shrink-wrapped inside of a clear, thin plastic box. There is a colorful sticker stuck to about the bottom 1/3 of this box that contains information about the product. I am unable to read Japanese so unfortunately I will not be able to pass along the information. The only words printed in English are, "Rolling Burst" and "Made in Japan."

Inside of the packaging, you will find everything you need to get your playtime started. There's a pink condom wrapped up in a white wrapper, three Toshiba AAA batteries and a miniature bottle of lubricant. The lubricant feels like it's a water based formula and it did rinse away easily with water but again, I wasn't able to read the information on the box so I can't be 100% certain.

The Rolling Burst is listed as being made of PVC. PVC toys should be cleaned with antibacterial soap and water or your favorite toy cleaner according to its directions. PVC is a porous material that cannot be sterilized so it's not a good idea to share this one with a friend unless you cover it with a condom first. It's also not listed as phthalate-free so you might want to go ahead and use a condom during use anyway to protect yourself. Using a condom will also make clean up much easier.

The Rolling Burst may look a bit different and it doesn't contain any rotating pearls but it is capable of providing a unique sensation that focuses on rotation rather than girth. With its slender size, sensuous shaft rotation and powerful clitoral stimulator, it will lend itself well to those who are new to rabbit style vibes too. It's thickest diameter is about 1 1/4" and it has an insertable length of about 4 ½" so it's definitely not overly large or intimidating to new users. The clitoral stimulator is a bit on the short side though so it probably won't be able to please everyone but it would probably work out well for those who don't enjoy direct clitoral stimulation.

The loudness of this vibe is greatly influenced by the functions you are using. The rotation isn't very loud and can't be heard through a closed door, even on high, but the vibration of the clitoral stimulator is much louder in comparison and probably can be heard through a closed door on high speed. When both functions are turned on, not only can it be heard through a closed door but there is some slowing of the rotation as well. The rotation tends to slow during clenching also so those who like to squeeze their toys extensively might want to take a look at a few other options first.

As far as smell goes, there is only a very faint scent to this vibe even fresh from the packaging. It's very similar to what a new shower curtain smells like, just not as strong. Much to my relief, there is no taste associated with this faint scent either.
