Just A Moment For A Blissful Interlude
From the lovely red signature Evolved Novelties box to the unique slide out tray this line of vibrators are worth every penny. The TPR Silicone is safer than jelly, not to mention that it won't burn most sensitive users the way jelly can. It is soft, extremely flexible and beautifully translucent. The textures are gentle making the girth the real star of this show.

Pros
Body safe, nice girth, lovely color
Cons
Not enough variation in speed from middle to high
The Interlude was nestled in it's signature red metal box in a cut out of soft foam on top of another layer of soft foam ensuring the finish of the toy remains unblemished. Against the dark foam the purple, nearly translucent vibe was beautiful, perfect for that special someone who would appreciate such a gift. When held against a light the inner workings of the Interlude could be clearly seen. I knew this was the vibe I wanted to try first.
The vibrations are concentrated in the tip of the toy where the egg is clearly visible. It is a traditional three speed vibrator and the vibrations are easily felt and carry well throughout the toy with decreasing intensity. This means that your hand will not go numb if you prefer long sessions. The lowest speed has some vigorous movement due to the extreme flexibility of the shaft of the toy, clenching around the toy can lessen the movement but it doesn't lessen the vibration or cause the motor to work harder. The middle speed and highest speed don't show much differentiation, there simply isn't much difference in them. They are fairly high pitched and buzzy. While this isn't a jackhammer it is still powerful enough to get the job done for this speed queen.
The vibrator has a hard plastic base where the push button sits. The base is tapered to the button making it relatively easy to hit the button during play possibly changing the speed of the vibes at the worst moment. You have to cycle through the speeds to turn this vibe off. The Interlude takes 2 AA batteries which rest in a slide out tray. I like to store the batteries int heir tray beside the vibrator in it's box for quicker play.
Where this toy shines for me is the length, girth and light textures that run vertical along the shaft of the toy. It measures approximately 8 inches in total length with about 6 inches being insertable. This is long enough to reach the back wall of the vagina but the TPR Silicone is very soft which means it is unlikely to cause bruising or pain. The end of the toy is broad and rounded not at all pointy or poke-y. There are mild and very gentle textures running vertically along the shaft of the toy which are somewhat easy to feel if the toy is slowly twirled inside the vagina.
This is a very girth-y toy measuring in at 4 3/4 inches in circumference! You should use some lube with this toy the first time just to be sure you don't abrade the sensitive tissues of the vagina. While this toy is TPR Silicone it has held up well to silicone lube for me but make sure you patch test an inconspicuous area of the toy just in case. Look for stickiness or clouding of the finish. To be absolutely safe I would recommend water based lubricant.
Wash this toy with warm water and mild soap or spritz with a good commercial toy cleaner. This toy is beyond a lint magnet, rinse before use to remove all the lint and crud. Storing the toy in it's box limits the fuzz and dust but a good rinse will never hurt. This toy is waterproof and I didn't notice any leakage during washing or after I used it in the shower.
This isn't an anal insertion safe toy despite it's size. The base tapers to a small point. As always if you are planning on sharing this toy covering it with a condom will prolong the useful life of the toy and prevent bacterial or viral transfer.

Experience
The soft TPR Silicone feels so much like the jelly toys I had to give up that I fell in love. I may not be able to use jelly but I can have toys that won't burn my lady parts and are soft and plushy.

I have really fallen in love with my Symphony vibes by Evolved Novelties! I have not had any luck finding jelly toys that don't cause me to itch and burn in the Lady Garden. I really missed the softer more giving textures of jelly toys. In this line of vibrators I have found a perfect marrying of materials that don't hurt me and lovely flexibility.
After some hard use I have noticed only the most minor signs of wear and tear. The Evolved label on the toy has begun to wear off just slightly, or I am really searching for any signs or wear I really can't be sure! It does look a bit less brilliant, which could be from the washing.
I spot test any new brands of lube that I want to use with the toy and so the TPR isn't clouding or degrading. Honestly, aside from the less shiny lable, the toy looks like it has been sitting on the shelf.
Sigel was looking for a toy the other day and remarked that maybe I had bought enough vibes since none of them looked like they had been used. Kudos to Evolved Novelties since I use them almost every day!
