The suggested use for this toy is external use. It is not waterproof and is rather large. The head of the toy is very flexible and smooth to the touch. When I first got it, I turned it on and was surprised by the vibration; even on low, it was really strong! This toy is best used for massage of the body and clitoral stimulation. I tried it on my husband's taint as I was blowing him and he said it was amazing.
