It's Been a Pleasure.
The Pleasurepillar is simple to operate, does not require a lot of user effort, and keeps your self-stimulation fun and safe. Its unique design is great for both g-spot and clitoral stimulation, making it appealing to women of all experience levels. It is made of a body safe, high quality silicone and doesn't collect hair or lint. Of all the toys I've reviewed, I've had the most fun with this one. It is a solid toy, with an exceptional design.

Vibrations are just average and slightly buzzy.
While designed specifically for g-spot stimulation, Pleasurepillar's hooked nose design works well for both g-spot and clitoral stimulation, making this a versatile toy that is appealing to both beginners and advanced toy users. As a first time toy user I was very eager and I don’t think I would have had the patience with this toy. With that being said, I would not recommend this to someone making their first toy purchase. Unless you really know this shape will work for you, I would consider something more simple. I would also not recommend using this toy anally since it is lacking a flared base.
The silicone Pleasurepillar has a hooked shaped head designed for internal g-spot stimulation with 3 bulges down the shaft that gradually get bigger the further you go down. The hooked tip is soft and flexible, and places pleasurable pressure on your g-spot as you rock the toy back and forth. The ribbed texture going down the shaft also provides an additional internal stimulation.
The Pleasurepillar is fairly small in size making it travel friendly, easy to hide and easy to store. It is 5 1/2" long with an insertable length of 4" and 4" in circumference around the largest bulge, being its largest point in ciurcumference.
The Pleasurepillar is powered by 1 AA battery and has decent power considering it's only running on 1 battery. This vibrator offers 10 different steady, escalating and pulsating vibrations. The vibrations travel from the shaft of the vibrator all the way to the tip. You can feel the vibrations through the whole toy but they are mainly focused at the tip/hook of the vibrator. The vibrations are deep but the do have a slight buzz to them. The vibrations can be felt through your hands but it wasn't powerful enough to cause a numbing sensation. It may not be powerful enough to some users but it's acceptable, in my opinion.
Some functions are very similar and hard to tell the difference but I will try to describe them the best that I can.
10 Functions:
1. High constant, steady vibration.
2. Medium constant, steady vibration.
3. Low constant, steady vibration.
4. Low to high escalating vibrations
5. Low, short and fast pulsating vibrations
6. High, long and fast pulsating vibrations
7. High, short and fast pulsating vibrations
8. Medium, short and fast pulsating vibrations
9. High, long and slow pulsating vibrations
10. Very low, short and fast pulsating vibrations
When it comes to sound discretion The Pleasurepillar has you covered. This toy is so quiet that I couldn't even hear it under my covers, so there is no way anyone in a different room would be able to hear this toy.
The Pleasurepillar is user friendly and easily controlled by a lighted LED push button control. The LED light lights up when you power on the toy and flashes to the rhythm of the different functions. You can easily scroll through the different functions by a push of a button. Then, when you're ready to power off your toy, hold down the power button for 2 seconds and your toy will shut down. I think it's supposed to remember where you left off but instead it goes to the next function and you have to scroll all the way through to get back to where you were.
Material & Caring Instructions:
The Pleasurepillar is made of Silicone. This material is non-porous, hypo-allergenic, free of phthalates and overall a body safe material. The feel of this silicone material is velvety and silky smooth to touch and glides nicely against the skin. There was no unpleasant smell or taste to this material, although, I recommend rinsing your toy before using it or giving it a taste.
Cleaning The Pleasurepillar is extremely easy. Since this product is waterproof, you are able to get it wet with no worries. You simply wash your toy in warm water with a mild soap or your choice of toy cleaner. When it comes to choosing a lubricant, you should only use water-based lubricants to ensure a long life with your silicone vibrator. As I mentioned before, this vibrator is waterproof, so feel free to take this one in the shower, bath, pool or hot tub for some sexy fun!
Packaging
Doc Johnson got really creative with their entire Wonderland collection. If you’re an Alice In Wonderland fan you’re really going to love this collection for its packaging alone. The packaging sticks to the whole 'storybook' theme and houses this toy inside of a box that opens up almost like a book. The box itself is discreet but it does comes with a sleeve that displays a picture of the toy on the front, making it not very discreet upon arrival.

Experience
When I first saw this vibrator I was not sure they took the female anatomy into consideration when designing this toy, but it actually worked for me. This vibrator is adorable and has spunk and personality. At first, inserting this vibrator was a challenge. The shape is awkward looking and the first few times inserting it is somewhat awkward. I kept telling myself…‘patience’. It was patience that gave way to familiarity and I was finally able to use the Pleasurepillar and really enjoy it. I won’t say it is the best toy out there or my favorite even, but as far as uniqueness goes, it’s a good toy.
Once the tip was fully inserted, it did rest nicely against my sensitive g-spot. It still wasn’t a perfectly comfortable match, but adjusting the angles helped correct the problem. Like I did, you may have to also experiment with angles to get the perfect comfort level and g-spot stimulation.
Overall and in the end, my experience with this toy was great. I had a lot of fun reviewing it and I'm so glad that it worked so well for me.

Follow-up commentary
5 months after original review
This has actually become my go-to G-spot vibrator. Since I don't like vibrations that are all that strong internally, the vibrations are perfect for me. I love the shape of the head and how well it works when pressure is applied. I also love the bulges down the body. I'd say this is a great G-spot vibrator, and worth looking into purchasing.
