All in all, a cute, waterproof vibrator that comes in good packaging to use for storage, but likes to eat up batteries, and purrs like my cat- LOUD! Worth having in your collection if it's on a good buy, but not a must have.
Chocolates vibrator is a cute chocolate color inspired vibrator intended for clitoral stimulation and vaginal insertion. Vibration wise, this baby is along the stronger side, but not so strong that it's going to cause earth shattering 'oh my god' vibrations. I'd honestly put this one in the middle of strong and weak.
This toy would work well with newer users who are looking for something a little more stronger in vibrations than some of the other 3 vroom rated toys around the price area that Chocolates is priced in. Chocolates vibrator would also suit more advanced users who have found that really strong vibrations are just not for them but are wanting a vibrator with a little get up and go to it.
I was honestly a little weary when I chose this product because I had read a few unflattering things about it. Mostly I was weary about the paint covering on top of the plastic - I had read that the material easily came off and was pretty cheap.
However, I got it, washed it right away and none of the paint came off. I was glad. I used it once, washed it again, still nothing coming off. I think maybe the people who had bad experiences had gotten toys that had been sitting on the shelf for a while or maybe they used too hot of water or cleaned it with something that was abrasive to the paint material. This toy has been used about 12 times and no paint has come off as of yet.
The toy itself looks pretty for being a brown color; the picture on the site doesn't really show its true color, its actually a lighter brown. It's made of a smooth plastic material and has really no noticeable smell or taste. Like I've said in previous reviews, I prefer toys with a more smooth texture to it. Because of its smooth texture, I'd say this toy is more for beginners due to the fact that smooth is normally not that intimidating.
Chocolates vibrator is like almost every other traditional style vibrator out there. It's about 7 inches altogether, with 6 and 1/2 inches being insertable. My first toy was 5 inches and 4 and a half inches were insertable. Going with my first toy purchase and being intimidated by the larger toys, I'd say this toy was meant more for intermediate and advanced users because of its intimidation factor.
The last Doc Johnson toy I purchased had a really touchy twist dial, a simple brush against the blanket would adjust the power of it. Chocolates sports a relatively un-touchy twist dial, so there's no worry about the power adjusting itself while your having playtime.
The toy is small enough to fit in a sock drawer or go under your pillow. You can stick it in your purse if you're going to be traveling. However, if it were to fall out of your purse everyone would know what it was, so in that regards it's not discreet.
Because the Chocolates vibrator is a traditional styled vibrator, the control is located on the bottom of the toy, along with its battery compartment. Vibrations can be felt all over the toy itself, but I personally felt that the strongest vibrations were located more towards the middle of the toy. The toy is fairly noisy, can be heard under covers and probably outside your bedroom door, but I've had louder vibrators than this one.
One thing I like about this little guy is that he's waterproof. I can go take a long soak and bring him with me and not have to worry about ruining him. I really haven't had much bath-time with Chocolates, but from the experiences so far, he's a great bath buddy.
On a more technical note... I noticed I go through more batteries with him then I do with other vibrators.
Cleanup is very easy with this guy because he's waterproof. You can dunk him in water or hold him under a faucet. I actually did buy some toy cleaning wipes for him because I had read that some of the coloring was coming off when people used soap and water on it. (You CAN clean it with soap and water, I just wouldn't use super hot water or any abrasive bar soap)
I usually store this toy in the box it originally came in, or in a Crown Royal pouch I nabbed from my dad the last time I visited my parents. You can store it with other toys if you want, just make sure the other toys don't contain UR3 in them because those need to be stored separately.
Lube wise this product is compatible with all types of lubes because it's not made of silicone.
Chocolates came in a cute plastic box with a chocolate theme cover to go along with the color of the toy. It can be used as permanent storage because the box it came in is pretty sturdy. There was the usual info on it, saying what kind of batteries it took and such, and also a little "it will make her melt every time" slogan on it. (I'm not sure about the melting EVERY time part, but maybe I just wasn't in the mood those two times)
You COULD use the packaging it comes in as a gift, but I'd be pretty embarrassed giving it to someone in a public place.
This isn't one of my favorite toys, in all honesty. It looks cute and gets the job done, but I like stronger vibrations and it takes me longer to get off. I'm glad I have it in my growing collection, but I don't get it out as much as some of my other toys.

I stopped using this toy because the motor in it gave out a couple of weeks ago. It's such a shame too...this toy had potential.
