The Micro-Wireless Venus Butterfly is one cute and interesting little strap-on vibe. You wear it like you would if you were putting on a strap on, minus the dildo. Instead, there is a butterfly-shaped vibrator that perfectly rests on the crotch to stimulate not only the clitoris but the entire vaginal external region in general. The beautiful quality of this toy is that you don't have to restrict it to only using it in the bedroom. Wear it while making love. Wear it when in the jacuzzi or pool. Wear it when driving. The Venus Butterfly is made out of TPR, a smooth material that feels very similar to jelly and with a distinct, but not particularly strong or overpowering, fruity odor. It can easily be hidden in your purse (but why would you when you could just wear it?), or you can carry it in your luggage when traveling. It's innocent looking enough to where it may or may not appear to be a sex toy, which is part of the fun of its design and shape.

The Venus Butterfly is essentially a bullet vibe nestled into the TPR mold of a butterfly shape. The Venus Butterfly comes with 2 sets of watch batteries (all you need is one set to allow the bullet the function) and has adjustable and removable waist and thigh straps. The bullet vibe has 3 speeds (strong, stronger, and strongest), which are activated by just the push of the button, and as mentioned, the butterfly vibe contours to the crotch for clitoral and external vaginal stimulation. You can strap the butterfly on you, or take the bullet out to only use the bullet, or take off the straps so you can use it on other areas such as the breasts or nipples.

The vibrations are pretty strong, but at only three speeds, it may leave you craving or wanting a vibrator with more oomph, power, and range. However, it's strong enough to stimulate the clitoris and vagina, and does the trick at stimulating those areas. The appeal of this toy doesn't lie in the power of the vibrations, but in how you can wear the Venus Butterfly anywhere, and in water as well. This toy allows you to be adventurous; you can wear it comfortably under a pair of jeans, walk around with it, drive to work with it, wherever you please. The only word of caution is that the bullet vibe is rather loud, even at its lowest setting. Unfortunately, this toy may not fit all waist sizes. It's not advertised as being a "one size fits most toys," and unfortunately, there are no details as to what's the minimum and maximum adjustment for the straps.

TPR is a material which requires much care. Wash the Venus Butterfly with warm water and mild soap (be sure to take out the bullet vibe when washing it, and take out the batteries if you're not using it). Use only silicone or water based lubricants.

The main observation I made upon reviewing this toy is that I wish there was more information as to how to wear and adjust the straps. Although the usage of this toy is pretty self-explanatory, there still could have been more information than just a thin bubblegum wrapper-like paper that shows you how to put the batteries in. I thought it strange that it would have illustrative "instructions" on how to put in the batteries, but no illustration of how to adjust the straps? To have no information of the minimum/maximum adjustment for the straps is just inexcusable, which makes it hard to determine whether or not this toy would really be for you and if it will actually fit. Plus, a part of me still can't help but laugh and scratch my head over how they designed the toy with the wings and antennae of a butterfly but the face of a bird. It just seems both strange and careless. Otherwise, this toy is a great product at what it is performed to do, but could have been better executed in its packaging and design.
