The Mood “ Blissful” from Doc Johnson is a vibrator that supports two different attachments. Both are used in the same manner and utilize the same available patterns that come from the main control. The primary use of the Mood is clitoral stimulation, but it can also be used to massage all regions of the body including nipples, buttocks, legs, feet and more. A good toy to use in conjunction with another and a great toy for playing with a partner.

All three pieces of the Mood are covered in a velvety plastic coating. It feels quite delightful and is easy to grip. There are “metallic” plastic accents around the edges of the individual parts as well to enhance the sleek look of the toy.

The Mood has three pieces. Two vibrators, one bullet style and the other egg shaped, and a control. The two vibes plug into the control like a pair of headphones. This is a nice idea in theory but the connection on the unit I have seems to be a little finicky.

The base has slender top and rounded bottom to better accommodate the shape of the users hand. It's also fairly stylish.

There are only two buttons on the control. One for power and the other to cycle through the settings. The buttons work flawlessly, but I always wish for multi pattern toys to have more than one button so I can quickly go back to a previously used setting. Unfortunately, that isn't the case here so while experimenting there could be a lot of cycling going on.

If you're wondering why there are so many question marks... it's because there seem to be some issues with this product. The connection with the jack is sometimes a little off and has to be corrected. Even when working properly after turning over to the fourth setting it vibrates for only a moment and then cuts off. If I quickly cycle through the fourth setting and onto the fifth, it merely starts back at one!

With most multi-setting toys the patterns are nearly useless (for me). SO I wasn't completely upset, since it still does the job as is... but I do wonder what I'm missing out on. The third setting seemed only useful for teasing. I found the high consistent setting (1) and the rapid pulse (2) to be the best for my personal use.

The intensity of the vibrations feels excellent when using the bullet style vibe. The egg vibe is too thick and absorbs a lot of the power. I like the design of the egg with the pointed tip, so this is a bit of a disappointment. For someone who doesn't enjoy quite as much power, using the egg shaped attachment could be a pro instead of a con.

The Mood “Blissful” is extremely easy to care for. Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth, some mild soap and water, a toy wipe or use some toy cleaner and you're good to go. If, for some reason, you get the control dirty or lubed up be careful not to get any liquid into the “jack” as it is most definitely not water proof.

For storage you can easily place the toy back into the delightful box it came in or store it away with your other toys. Seeing as the box is cardboard it will inevitably wear and you may have to bid farewell to those delightful colored dots...

This may be my favorite aspect of the toy! The Mood comes in a thin cardboard box with a plastic tray insert. The cardboard box interior is covered in an array of polka dots in a variety of colors. It's really adorable and stands out.

The front and back of the package contain information about the Mood, it's functions and features. On the back of the package there is a list of features available for toys in the line. Using the same multi color polka dot scheme on the back of the box, the features are noted. There are dots in the colored spots that show what is available with this particular toy.

I wish I had a great story to share with this one, but unfortunately the problems that arose during use killed the mood. I was able to successfully enjoy the settings available and the power is good for a AAA vibe... but not being able to use it completely, as intended, is a huge downer.
