This toy is a PVC material that is really soft to the touch. It's a more commonly used plastic because it's light and water resistant. But like I said soft. The Spellbound has a high to low setting located on the bottom of the toy within the battery door. The turn the toy on you simply turn the end. Starting off low and keep twisting for high. The PVC material is compatible with water based and silicone lubricants.
