While there are a lot of things I was disappointed with in this toy, I still found it to be a decent vibrator. If you're looking for a lot of girth and strong vibrations, this toy is not for you. If you're looking for a toy that provides triple stimulation, this toy is also not for you. The Vibrating Diva Pleaser is good for beginners and someone who doesn't mind spending $30 for "just okay". The idea behind this vibrator was a good one, but the product itself seems to fall a little short.

Pros
graduated bulge texture, flexible clit stimulator, perfect size for a beginner, not intimidating
Cons
weak vibrations, somewhat noisy on highest speed, doesn't provide triple stimulation
This toy, while meant to be for triple stimulation, is best for double or even single stimulation. The shaft of the vibrator is small enough that it could be used for anal penetration, but I only used it for vaginal penetration. Depending on your position and your body, this vibrator can be used for penetration and clitoral stimulation at the same time. The anal "probe" however seems pretty useless. Even when I tried to position myself in such a way that anal stimulation was my main goal it came up short. In fact, I think that's the problem: the probe is too short. At first, the size of the anal stimulator was what drew me to the toy. I've always shied away from anything anal, so it wasn't intimidating. Unfortunately, little vibration reaches the tip of the probe and it's too short to even be a tease. Still, I enjoyed a nice night in with this vibrator and I think it could be best used alone or even with a partner but be sure to use a condom as it's made out of jelly material. Plus, the toy is waterproof so you can take it into the tub or shower with you!
The Vibrating Diva Pleaser is made out of jelly material, but I was surprised with how soft and almost velvety it felt when I took it out of the box. There was also no strong odor to this toy like some other jelly toys I've tried have had. The vibrator is very soft and flexible aside from one place near the tip of the shaft where a vibrator is located. I think the size of this toy makes it great for beginners! The insertable length of the toy is 6" and the diameter at the largest point is 1.5" The vibrator has graduated bulges which I found to be my favorite part of it. The packaging boasts "graduated for pure pleasure!" but I was surprised to find that the graduated, bulged texture was very pleasurable. The toy is Phthalate free, but is made out of jelly so you need to be careful if sharing it with a partner.
My first impression of the design was that it reminded me of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Raphael's weapon, a sai. For some reason I thought that was cute, I don't know if other people will agree or not. I like the shape of the shaft a lot, and I liked that the clitoral stimulator is very flexible and the tip of it faces upwards instead of towards the shaft. I didn't like that the anal probe was so short; you would have to be too low on the shaft to enjoy the clitoral stimulator if you really wanted to feel anything from the anal probe. Even then, I'm not sure that it would be very enjoyable because you can feel little to no vibrations through the anal stimulator. I definitely would not say that this toy is truly a triple stimulator, but I would say it's enjoyable nonetheless.
I think the size is a perfect size, but I'm not a size king. I think the size is perfect for beginners in all aspects because it's not too intimidating, but you still get some enjoyable girth from the bulges. Again, I think the anal probe could have been a little taller, but I think the rest of the toy was just right for me. One thing I really like was that because the clitoral stimulator was so flexible, if it wasn't hitting my clit perfectly, I could re-position it easily, or move it around on my clit while it vibrator.
I don't think I'd say the toy was easy to hide or discreet at all. It doesn't look enough like a sai that you could pass for saying it was a TMNT collectable. I think this vibrator will find its home in my bedside drawer with all my other toys.
This vibrator has three speeds that you can cycle through using a push button control at the base. The vibrations are most strong near the tip of the shaft, but are also pretty decent in the clitoral stimulator. The anal stimulator got little to no vibrations even at the highest speed. The toy wasn't very noisy until the highest speed, but even then it probably would not be heard through a closed door. I found that the first setting was only good for teasing myself, but I got tired of it real quickly. The toy is waterproof, but in my current living situation I don't feel comfortable taking it into the shower with me. Hopefully when I move again in the next few weeks I'll get a chance to test it out in the water.
Like any jelly toy, this toy can't be sterilized the way silicone can. You'll want to use warm water and a toy cleaner or mild soap to clean this vibrator. I haven't found that things stick to this toy the way lint and hair tends to stick to other jelly toys, but I would still recommend cleaning it before and after each use. I'm currently storing it in its original packaging, but once I move again it will be in my bedside drawer. Jelly toys are compatible with silicone and water lube. If you are planning to share this toy you should use a condom.
The Vibrating Diva Pleaser comes in a pretty simple package. The box is all teal and white and purple with descriptions like "unscented" and "graduated for pure pleasure!" The details on the box were very simple, and it boasts a handful of times that the toy is waterproof. The back of the box lists more descriptions of the toy and provides a link to a website where you can register your product. I thought this was very strange since I can't think of any reason I would need to register my vibrator, but apparently it's something you can do if you so choose. The instructions take up about two lines on the bottom of the box and just ask you to use 2 AAA batteries, twist the cap securely before you use the vibrator, wash before and after use, and remove batteries when not in use. It also says that you should use a water based lubricant for maximum pleasure, even though jelly toys are compatible with both water and silicone lube. If you bought this toy as a gift, you could probably use the packaging as a gift box, but most likely only at an event like a bachelorette party since the toy itself is visible and in no way discreet. I'm currently using the package as a storage box, but I got rid of the little plastic insert that the toy fits into. It would probably be best to keep this insert, but either way storing the toy in the package is fine.

Follow-up commentaryI've started to like it more8 months after original review
It could be in part due to the growth I've seen since starting testosterone, but I enjoy this vibrator a lot more now. It definitely doesn't provide triple stimulation, and without manually moving the clit stimulator it's still pretty dull. HOWEVER, I really enjoy the "beaded" shaft (and its vibrations) and the small nubs on the clit stimulator feel AMAZING when I move the front stem myself.
