The G-spot Caress is an excellent toy for those who like g-spot stimulation alone. Its shape and strong vibrations nearly guarantee a g-spot orgasm, but if you require clitoral stimulation as well this may not quite do it. It is very quiet, easy to control with it's push button on/off switch, ergonomically shaped for ease of use, small, discreet and generally a super addition to any toy box, for any user.

Pros
Excellent g-spot stimulation, perfect shape, very strong, very quiet.
Cons
Dual stimulation may not work for everyone, rubber tip is porous, seam may irk some users.
If g-spot stimulation is your thing the g-spot caress has you covered. It's small, bean shaped shaft centers in on the g-spot, nestles the vaginal entrance and produces fast, amazing g-spot orgasms with very little effort. If you need clitoral stimulation at the same time, however, the g-spot caress may fall short depending upon your personal anatomy. The entire toy vibrates and if you're built in such a way that both parts of the shaft reach the appropriate places, it can produce seriously amazing dual g-spot and clitoral stimulation. If not, you'll have to settle for one or the other.
I would not suggest this toy for anal use. It would be safe, but due to its size and shape, as well as its hardness and lack of give, it also inhibits comfort.
This tiny toy is velvet coated plastic with a small rubber area on its tip. The texture is smooth and slick yet soft when you rub your finger along it due to the velvety coating. The rubber tip is firm and has a bit more drag than the rest of the surface, which may help in producing extra sensation as it caresses the g-spot. The entire toy is firm, with no bend or give, as is expected from hard plastic.
The bean shaped shaft does have a seam between the rubber and the plastic that I couldn't feel in use, but is quite noticeable when feeling it with the fingers. There is also a seam at the top of the toy, where the hard plastic and the battery cover/control area are separated by a metal "ribbon". This seam is a bit more smooth and less noticeable even when tracing over it with the fingers. It's a bit less raised.
Overall, the hard plastic is odorless, tasteless and smooth to the touch, but the addition of the rubber tip gives a bit of extra sensation.
I am exceptionally impressed with the shape of this toy - though I do wish the rubber tip had been done in the velvety plastic rather than the rubber. The seam is a bit annoying and makes the toy harder to clean than it would have been if it were just plastic.
The bean shaped shaft is anatomically perfect, hugging up to the g-spot and making it easy to rub it with just a very small rocking motion of either hips or toy. The vibrations, which travel through the entire toy, but center in the tip, are extremely strong for such a small toy but also very quiet, especially once it's inserted.
G-spot stimulation is a given with this toy. It's design makes it almost impossible to miss unless your g-spot is very deep. The upper shaft, with it's little nub and push button control/battery compartment, also stimulates the vulva, labia and clitoris - though it may be difficult, depending upon your anatomy, to get both types of stimulation at once.
The shaft itself is only 2.5 inches insertable with a one inch diameter so it's suitable for nearly any level of user. The entire toy fits in the palm of my hand.
The g-spot caress is controlled by two AAA batteries that insert easily into the pull off battery compartment; you simply squeeze the textured area and the top pulls right off. Vibrations are one speed, quite strong and are controlled via a push button in the top of the battery compartment. One push for on, another for off.
Vibrations are focused primarily in the tip of the bean shaped shaft, creating intense sensations for the g-spot, but also travel through the entirety of the toy - sometimes even making my fingers feel a bit numb! I'm amazed at the strength of this toy for only a couple AA batteries.
The g-spot caress is not only strong, but quiet, as well. Turned on outside the body it's about as loud as the typical bullet or egg vibe but once inserted it can barely be heard as more than a very mild buzz.
The toy is waterproof and there is a white o-ring inside the battery compartment but I would suggest that it is more water resistant than water proof. Cleaning it under running water or using in the shower work fine, but submersion does cause it to leak a bit.
In the event that the insides get wet, simply remove the batteries and allow to dry with the cap off.
Care and cleaning are fairly simple with this vibrator. Clean up can be done with soap and water or a toy wipe. Because it's got the rubber tip however, it is porous - so if you're going to share it, use a condom as it can't be sterilized.
Water based or silicone lubes are both fine, but avoid oil due to the rubber tip.
Store with other plastic toys, or by itself in a small Ziploc or drawstring bag to prevent the rubber tip from coming into contact with other rubber or jelly toys. Lint is not so much a problem but reactions may be if rubber touches other rubber or porous materials.
I like it a lot. I got off with it in less than five minutes. I inserted it and with a very slight rocking motion immediately felt it hit my g-spot with unerring accuracy. I was gobsmacked by how quickly it had me orgasming and how strong and quiet it is.
I LOVE the color and the feel of the hard yet velvety plastic.
I'm just sort of put off by the rubber tip. It feels good. I have no aversion to rubber, per se. But the seam is a bit sloppy and, though I can't feel it in use, it bothers me a bit just knowing it's there. It also makes a non porous toy into something that is porous - which just doesn't make much sense to me.
Regardless, I still really like the toy and have used it quite a bit. It works well for just g-spot stim, or for g-spot and clitoral stim if you can get the right angle. If you can't, it's possible to fit a bullet against the clit as you use the g-spot caress so you can still get both.
I've tried it multiple ways and it's never failed to do exactly what it's designed to do - hug up to my g-spot and get me off like a rocket.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it3 months after original review
This is one of those toys that I don't use often enough, that gets neglected in favor of higher end, newer things and it really shouldn't be. It gives me excellent orgasms with each use, has held up wonderfully and batteries last an oddly long time, especially considering they're AAA.
It makes me a little sad that this isn't a lusted after toy since it's really quite awesome! Everyone should want one, damn it!

Hi Carrie Ann, thanks so much for a very informative review. We placed this one on our wish list as soon as it was released...we were just waiting for a review to come out. This one looks like a perfect fit for my wife and her small build. Seams...ughhh....we are exactly the same way about them. It looks like that is where the manf. sealed the bullet inside.

Hi 2BudZ! You're right, that probably is where they placed the bullet. The seams and the fact that they look sloppy to me is the only thing that had this toy getting three instead of four stars -- so if you don't mind the look, you really can't feel it. I hope y'all get one and enjoy it immensely.
I'd also LOVE another viewpoint besides mine. I think, sometimes, I just love everything too much. Hehe. (Though what's not to love about good orgasms, right?)

It really is, Sammi. I wish someone would make something similar in silicone cuz the design and shape is SO good. I just feel unhappy with the rubber and it's seams.

Oh...it's been ordered...should be here by Monday!

I totally don't get the bean description but it's sad because this reminds me of a Neopet. LOL
