California Exotic Novelties' Tickling Dolphin doesn't exactly tickle, but it certainly does please. It's a simple bullet vibrator that slips inside a TPR Silicone shaped dolphin for intense clitoral orgasmic bliss. The Tickling Dolphin is a very simple toy. It's powered by 4 watch batteries (8 are included in the package) and packs a little punch. Slip the batteries inside the bullet, push the bullet into the dolphin and turn the dial-base to get started.

Turn the dial-base to the right to turn the bullet on. Turning it further to the right will increase the speed. The vibrations are steady. There are no patterns or pulsations, just a steady medium to fast vibration. The vibrations are strictly in the bullet so unless you're pressing the whole dolphin down you won't feel it in just the nose or tail.

This toy is fairly noisy so using it behind closed doors and under covers will muffle the sound just fine. It's waterproof, so take it in the shower and there will be no way that it's heard over running water. Be sure to twist the cap on tight to ensure that the insides stay dry and you're all set.

Caring for the Tickling Dolphin is a bit of a pain, but not too difficult. To clean it, pull the bullet out of the dolphin to get the inside of the dolphin clean. The dolphin is made of TPR Silicone and can be cleaned with warm water and antibacterial soap, toy cleaner or wipes. The plastic bullet can be cleaned with hot water and antibacterial soap, toy cleaner or isopropyl alcohol wipes.

Once the bullet and dolphin are clean, let them air dry or wipe them down with a lint-free cloth or towel and store anywhere that you store toys. I keep mine in the original packaging box inside my toy box to keep toys from touching and rubbing.

While plastic is compatible with water, silicone and oil-based lubricants, TPR Silicone is only compatible with water-based lubricants so if you intend to use lube with the Tickling Dolphin, water-based is the way to go.

The Tickling Dolphin came packaged in two plastic baggies inside a cardboard box that proudly states what's inside as well as displays pictures so if discretion is a must, open this when you're alone. There are no user or care instructions included but the box does direct you to the website for product registration and warranty information.





The box and plastic packaging are recyclable, so discard accordingly. The box can be reused as a storage box for this toy only, but the plastic can't be reused once it's been opened. It could be given as a gift to someone who doesn't mind overtly sexual packaging.

Because this toy is an odd shape, it's near impossible to cover. It also can't be sterilized so I strongly discourage sharing the Tickling Dolphin with partners.
