Eager Beaver is a dual stimulation vibrator designed so that the shaft can be inserted and rotate while the arm vibrates against the clit. Because of the specific design rabbit vibrators usually have a specific purpose and their shape makes them awkward for anything else. They could be used anally, as the clitoral arm will work as an anchor to keep it outside the body, but because of the unsafe material I would not recommend it, plus the rotating shaft may just feel a bit strange.

The material is the biggest problem with this toy, it is made of Jelly which rates a low 2 on the Eden Fantasys safety scale because it is porous and cannot be sterilized. A condom should always cover the toy when in use, but a condom cannot cover the clitoral head so the toy will not last forever and will eventually begin to harbor bacteria. The material itself if somewhat tacky and feels similar to a rubber would I would recommend using a lubricant. The material is somewhat firm and stiff (similar to a solid silicone) because of the solid inner workings. It does have a somewhat prominent odor when it approaches the nose but not much of a taste.

The shape of this toy is pretty basic and the size seems feasible for anyone who is comfortable with insertion. At nearly 9 inches long this toy is not very discrete or easy to hide so I would recommend exercising discretion when hiding or storing it.



The shaft features a prominent design of a face on the head, I can only assume that this toy was made in Japan and that the face is there because it is illegal have the image of a penis on a sex toy (or in their porn for that matter), and although it is not always enforced it is the reason for the faces or animals on many Japanese toys. The clitoral arm looks like a beaver with it's tongue sticking out. The texture provided from the design is not stimulating or noticeable during insertion, especially since it needs to have a condom covering it.

The Eager Beaver features two motors, one which controls the vibration in the clitoral arm and the other which rotates the shaft. They are both controlled by a simple control panel in the base which, although ugly, is effective and easy to use. Simply push "low" on either motor to turn it on and then select "high" to increase the speeds, the toy will not turn on if low is not selected first.



The toy itself is powered by three AA batteries which are housed in the back of the control panel.



It is surprisingly powerful for a battery operated toy but is also pretty loud, it's easy to hear when in the same room and possibly through a door as well if you're really listening but some background music could easily tone it out. The clitoral arm is very powerful but I felt that the tongue was a bit too pointy for my taste and was unable to provide adequate pressure, instead it was more of a flickering sensation. The rotation on the other seemed pretty weak. This is the first rotating toy that I have had but it seemed as though it couldn't work through much resistance, once it was inserted the handle began to rotate more than the shaft so I didn't feel much internally.

As mentioned earlier the most important thing you can do to prolong the life of your toy is to use a condom during each use, and especially if you are sharing; it is porous and will gradually begin to harbor bacteria. After each use wipe it down with warm water and an antibacterial soap or your favorite toy cleaner then sore it in a cloth or Ziploc bag. Be sure that you pay special attention to the grooves and crevices on the face and body toy and make sure they get clean.

I had picked up this toy hoping that it would be a cheep way for me to explore the world of rotating toys for me but it didn't quite work that way. Now that I know more about materials I have no interest in using less than safe materials, I don't want to have to worry about it and to be honest I'm cheep, and I don't like having to pay for a condom every time I want to use it. In addition to that the rotation was not very strong, and I'm left wondering if a luxury rotating vibe would be more stimulating, such as one of the Jopen toys. Overall it was a disappointment and it won't be used often but at least I didn't spend much on it.
