The Hollow Points bullet is intended for external use. It's small size makes it ineffective for vaginal penetration and unsafe for anal use. Otherwise, it is a versatile vibrator and can be used on many body parts, alone or with a partner.

Made from hard plastic with a satiny finish, this toy has drag similar to that of skin against skin. Mine is hot pink, but it also comes in blue, purple and black. There is a ribbed section on the side of the bullet that makes it easy to grip. You could also turn the bullet sideways and rub the texture against your skin to add some more stimulation.

Hollow Points is only 2 1/4 inches long and has a bulbous tip that is a bit narrower than the body of the bullet. It is very discreet because it can be hidden in the palm of your hand. The tiny size makes it a little difficult to hold and manoeuvre. I have to hold my hand in a slightly uncomfortable position, which distracts from my enjoyment of the toy. The shape works well for clitoral stimulation. It pinpoints vibrations exactly where you want them, but is rounded enough that you can apply pressure without causing any pain.

Pressing the button on the base of the bullet will take you through its 5 functions: a medium speed, a high speed, a fast pulsation, an even faster pulsation and a short-long-short-long pattern. Press it again to turn it off. The vibrations are pretty strong, but quiet. It would not be heard through a door. Evolved claims that all their toys are waterproof, but I would say this Speeding Bullet is better described as splash-proof. When I rinsed it off in the sink for a few seconds no water got inside, but when I left it submerged for about 15 minutes there was a droplet of water inside the battery compartment.

Plastic is easy to care for. Simply wash with soap and water or wipe down with rubbing alcohol. It is non-porous, phthalate free, and can be used with any type of lubricant.

The packaging can be used for storage and is not much bigger than the bullet so it doesn't waste space. The outer portion is a clear plastic box with some information about the toy printed on it. It doesn't have instructions, but since there is only one button none are needed. Inside is a heavier black plastic container. I wish it had a lid because that would make it perfect for discreet storage and eliminate the hassle of sliding it in and out of the clear box. The toy is nestled into a plastic insert, and taped to the bottom of this you will find an extra set of batteries.

I also have the Speeding Bullets Armor Piercing from Evolved, which is the same except for the shape. I prefer the rounder shape of the Hollow Points. It covers a slightly wider area while still being pinpoint, and I can apply more pressure without causing any soreness.
